Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot datawebot. sign-in, URL validation, extraction processing, incomplete results, credit budgets and file downloads without losing saved work.

Request still Processing

Check the saved request's update time and required action. Some sources need longer processing or review. Repeated new submissions create separate work.

Contact support with the request ID. Processing is not a guarantee that a crawler is currently running.

Low balance or delayed payment

Reduce scope or add credit, then return to the original request. A top-up does not authorize unrelated work.

Check Billing when payment appears delayed instead of repeating checkout immediately.

Partial or missing data

Inspect completeness and omitted-record notes. Fields can be absent and the accessible catalogue may differ from the full merchant database.

Keep currency, scope and retrieval time when comparing output with a page viewed later. Personalized prices or filters can show different values.

Expired results or rejected key

HTTP 410 means the result download window ended. A fresh extraction produces a fresh observation. HTTP 401 can mean an expired or revoked key.

Never send credentials, login links or payment details to support. Use the request ID and error code.
