Move product data into your workflow.
datawebot returns source-attributed product and variant records. Choose a file, API or agent handoff, then keep the source and completeness context with the data.
Spreadsheet or BI
Download CSV from a ready run. Keep product ID, variant ID, SKU, currency and retrieval time as separate fields. Import it into your spreadsheet or warehouse using your own process.
CSV export instructionsApplication or warehouse
Use the HTTP API to estimate, submit and poll a run. Retrieve all result pages with next_cursor, then store records and warnings in your own system.
Agent workflow
Give an agent a bounded key and explicit credit ceiling. It should wait for a ready result, preserve provenance and ask for approval when a run requires action.
Agent setupKeep these fields through every handoff
| Keep | Reason |
|---|---|
| Source URL and retrieval time | Show where and when an observation came from. |
| Product and variant identifiers | A product title can change; two variants can have different prices. |
| Price amount and currency | A numeric price without currency is not comparable. |
| Completeness and warnings | A bounded or partial result should not be mistaken for a full catalogue. |
| Null values | Unknown source values must stay distinguishable from zero, false or unavailable. |
What the handoff does not automate
Exports do not create a native connection to a spreadsheet, warehouse or third-party platform. The API does not schedule recurring checks or store permanent price history for you. Your application controls those steps and any matching, alerts or downstream decisions.
