What we collect

We collect account email addresses, authentication and security records, extraction requests, source URLs, results, usage records, support messages and billing records. Stripe handles payment-card information; datawebot. receives payment status and transaction references rather than complete card details.

Website measurement

Public pages use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits and improve the experience. The workbench sends limited Google Analytics events for sign-in, extraction and purchase milestones. These events exclude email addresses, source URLs, run IDs and extracted results. The operations dashboard does not load measurement scripts. Your browser or network settings may block measurement.

How information is used

We use information to provide and secure the service, process payments, calculate credit usage, support customers, diagnose failures and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and providers

datawebot. uses Cloudflare for hosting, application infrastructure and email delivery, and Stripe for checkout and payment processing. Information may be processed where these providers operate, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

Retention and choices

Completed extraction outputs are normally available for seven days. Account, transaction, security and support records may be retained longer where needed to operate the service, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Contact hello@datawebot.com to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained.
