Terms of service

The service

datawebot. accepts scoped requests for publicly accessible ecommerce data. A request may complete automatically, take additional processing time or be marked unavailable after review. We do not guarantee that every URL, field or storefront can be retrieved.

Your account

You are responsible for the email account used to sign in, activity under your account and keeping API credentials secure. You must provide accurate billing information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Credits and payment

Credits are prepaid service units, not money or stored value, and cannot be transferred. The applicable rate and maximum credit amount are shown before an extraction is authorized. Credits are consumed by source page visits and processing, including discovery, empty pages and failed source requests. Record counts do not determine the charge. Unused reserved credits are released as described in the product.

Your responsibilities

You must have a lawful purpose for each request and use results in compliance with applicable law, source rights and contractual obligations. The acceptable-use policy forms part of these terms.

Results and availability

Source data can be incomplete, delayed or changed by the source. You are responsible for validating results before relying on them. We may limit, suspend or reject requests to protect the service, third parties or legal compliance.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and Magpie Intelligence Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid datawebot. during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms prospectively. Singapore law governs these terms, and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore.
