Processing and results
Learn how saved datawebot. extraction requests continue across sessions, move through processing states and report completeness or required action.
Customer statuses
| Status | Meaning | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| processing | The accepted request is open | Honor next_poll_after; check action_required |
| ready | Output is available | Check completeness and retrieve every page |
| unavailable | A reviewed decision closed the request | Read the explanation and credit outcome |
Requests and retries
Each extraction has a durable ID. Reuse the same Idempotency-Key if a submission response is lost. A new key means a new extraction.
A failed automatic attempt releases its reservation while the request remains Processing for review. Repeating the original submission does not restart that attempt.
Required action
action_required is null unless the account needs to act. credits means more available credit or a lower scope is needed. confirm_scope means authorization needs confirmation.
Review the request in the app or send its original source and revised authorization to POST /api/product/runs/:id/resume. A higher rate requires approval.
Completeness
| Value | Meaning |
|---|---|
| single_product | Requested product retrieved |
| source_exhausted | The accessible feed ended |
| limit_reached | Your limit was reached; more data may exist |
| partial | Some data was retrieved; inspect warnings and omitted records |
Polling and retention
Wait at least next_poll_after seconds between status checks. Save the ID and yield for longer work; Processing is not an instruction to resubmit.
Results are retained for seven days after finished_at. Expired access returns HTTP 410. History and charges remain separate.
Page budget and credit summary
budget_reached means no more source requests were issued because the hard budget was reached. scope_reached means the chosen pagination limit was reached. partial includes source failures or omitted malformed data. Empty runs still show their page charges.
summary.pages_fetched counts source visits, credits_used counts page credits, and visits lists URL, kind, credits and status. count is the number of returned products and has no role in billing.
