Tokopedia marketplace listings and seller data
Map Tokopedia item, seller, SKU, price, stock and variant fields; keep seller catalogs, TikTok Shop by Tokopedia and Go workflows separate.
Keep Tokopedia marketplace listings as their own channel
Tokopedia's integrated Seller Center article says a merchant may sell on Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or both. A shared seller tool does not make their product pages, offers or observations one source. Key each Tokopedia listing by its visible shop/product URL and displayed identifier, then retain the seller and offer context seen on that page.

| Public listing field | Keep with the observation | Comparison boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Listing identity | Exact Tokopedia page URL, displayed item ID if present, seller/shop, title and category | Do not merge different shop listings because their product names or images look alike. |
| Offer snapshot | Visible price, currency, condition and capture time | A public asking price or stock label is not a paid price or confirmed order. |
| Selected option | The chosen variant/SKU or option value when the public page shows it | Do not assume seller-internal SKU, inventory or unselected option data is public. |
| Channel context | Tokopedia marketplace page and its own seller/store context | Do not label an ordinary Tokopedia page as TikTok Shop by Tokopedia or Go. |
Separate seller catalog fields from public offer fields
Tokopedia's 2024 seller guide documents product setup through Tokopedia Seller. Its fields describe a seller-managed catalog workflow; capture them only from a seller-authorized record, and include a field in a public listing snapshot only when that page actually displays it.

| Seller catalog field | Authorized seller record | Public-page treatment |
|---|---|---|
| Product setup | Seller-entered product name, category, description and video | Keep source text attributed; a seller form field does not guarantee public display. |
| Offer and inventory | Seller price, stock, condition, preorder state and minimum order | Store private catalog values separately from the time-stamped public price/availability snapshot. |
| Variants and SKU | Seller-defined color, size or type options and associated SKU | Record only the selected/publicly shown option from a public page; do not invent hidden variants. |
| Shipping setup | Seller-entered weight, insurance and delivery-service settings | A setup value is not the buyer's selected shipping quote or proof of delivery. |
Apply Shop and Go terms only to their TikTok-platform surfaces
The January 2026 Terms of Use and Sale define TikTok Shop by Tokopedia (Shop) and Go Tokopedia (Go) as marketplaces provided via TikTok in Indonesia. These labels and rules describe those named surfaces, not every Tokopedia.com listing.

| Named surface | Source-stated distinction | Record boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Shop | Product information and the seller appear on the Product Detail Page; a purchase may be delivered to an address in Indonesia. | Keep page-level seller/offer data separate from the selected delivery option, destination quote and buyer order. |
| Go | A purchase may be an e-voucher redeemed at the merchant's or a listed sub-merchant's offline location; Go merchants may need licenses for issuance. | Use the displayed voucher issuer, validity/redemption text and merchant context; do not infer a completed redemption. |
| Enhanced Terms | A seller or merchant may display improved cancellation, return or refund terms on the relevant Shop/Go Product Detail Page. | Capture only the exact terms for that product; buyer refunds, payment and order acknowledgements are private account records. |
| Shop delivery | The buyer selects a delivery type; the choice, price and estimated time depend on the buyer's selection and address and appear in the order flow. | Do not present a buyer-specific order-summary quote as a public item field. |
Keep Tokopedia seller-ad workflows and reports separate
TikTok's March and June 2026 business guides describe two seller-authorized workflows involving Tokopedia products. Product Shopping Ads and CPAS have different eligibility, catalogs, campaign systems and reporting origins.
Scroll to compare →
| Workflow | Documented seller-side data | Keep separate from |
|---|---|---|
| Product Shopping Ads | Invite-only Tokopedia placement in Search/Recommendation; product details come from Seller Center and integrated campaign management/reporting moves to TikTok Ads Manager. | Earlier Tokopedia Seller Center campaigns retain separate reports; preserve the campaign origin and reporting platform. |
| CPAS | The June 2026 guide uses a Tokopedia product catalog, Seller Center-created UTM parameters and a Meta Ads Manager campaign. | The guide says TikTok Shop products are not supported in this CPAS workflow at review time. |
| Account evidence | Authorized seller account, catalog identity, campaign and report period | Do not present seller-catalog or performance reports as public listings or as another seller's data. |
Keep Shop/Go content permissions within the cited terms
The January 2026 terms state that they apply to Shop and Go in Indonesia. Their content-use clauses concern those TikTok-platform marketplaces; they are not a substitute for reviewing terms that govern ordinary Tokopedia.com storefronts.

| Terms detail | Source-specific reading | Data practice |
|---|---|---|
| Marketplace Content | The terms license access for personal, non-commercial use and restrict copying, distribution, display, sale, licensing or other exploitation without prior express written consent. | Public visibility alone is not a reuse license; keep seller-owned User Content and third-party rights distinct. |
| Accuracy | The terms disclaim a guarantee that marketplace content is accurate, complete or current. | Attribute product details to the displayed seller/merchant and retain observation time; do not call claims verified facts. |
