Shopee Seller Centre data: products, orders and Business Insights

Understand Shopee Seller Centre product, order and Business Insights data. Keep visits, placed orders and paid orders distinct, and check Singapore terms.

Seller Centre is a seller workspace, not a public product catalog

Shopee’s current Seller Center app listing describes product management, order processing, buyer chat, shop performance and marketing tools. Those capabilities belong to the seller workspace; public shopper pages expose a different, limited view.

Brand PortalBrand-oriented store and on/off-platform marketing insights described separately by Shopee.Keep brand analytics separate from one seller’s daily operations.

Business Insights labels come from a dated seller guide

Shopee’s Seller Education Hub guide “Using Data in a Smart Way” groups Business Insights into Dashboard, Product, Sales and Live Monitor areas. It is an older guide without a visible version date in the PDF; use its labels as attributed examples and verify current interface names and definitions in the seller’s own account.

Visits, placed orders and paid orders are different measures

The older Seller Education Hub guide presents Visit, Placed Order and Paid Order as separate sales measures. Preserve the name and reporting period for each metric; an order being placed does not establish that it was paid, shipped or completed.

Product, order and performance reports have different grains

Shopee’s app listing gives a high-level feature inventory, not a downloadable field schema. Model product operations, order processing and selected-period performance separately, using only identifiers and fields returned in the seller’s authorized view.

Use Shopee Open Platform for a seller-authorized integration

Shopee maintains an Open Platform and API reference for seller and partner integrations. Check the current developer documentation, selected market, app permissions and seller authorization for the specific workflow; the existence of an API reference does not establish access to an account or a public competitor-catalog feed.

Singapore terms apply to the Singapore Seller Centre context

Shopee Singapore’s Terms of Service were last updated 23 June 2026. Sections 3.1, 6.2(k) and 5.7 describe content monitoring/copying, use of non-official software to access the platform/account, and seller responsibility for configured sub-account access. Attribute these clauses to the Singapore terms and check the terms for the exact market and authorized integration; this is not a conclusion about every possible API use.
