Daraz Sri Lanka order data: assisted stores and pickup
Daraz Sri Lanka's physical stores assist customers with online orders but do not hold ready inventory. Keep the assisted-order location, delivery choice, payment point and return handover distinct.
Daraz Stores assist with online orders without holding stock
The Sri Lanka locator describes a shopkeeper helping a customer choose and place an online order. Daraz says its store locations do not carry inventory; the order is fulfilled after it is placed.

| Store signal | Published service | Fields to retain |
|---|---|---|
| Assisted selection | The customer visits a Daraz Store, discusses a product with the shopkeeper, chooses an item and asks the shopkeeper to place the order. | Outlet, city, assisted-order status and item selected from the online assortment. |
| Store inventory | Daraz says there is currently no inventory at the Daraz Store locations. | Do not model the store as the seller's stock location or as same-day product availability. |
| Store directory | The locator filters outlets by city and lists outlet addresses, phone details and hours. | Use the live locator for address/contact/hours; keep outlet and city identifiers with the order rather than embedding a static directory. |
Home delivery and store pickup use different payment paths
Daraz's locator says an order may go to the buyer's home or to a Daraz Store for pickup. Its FAQ says home delivery can be paid by COD at the door, while a store pickup is paid to the shopkeeper after the order is placed and the customer is called when the parcel arrives. A buyer's name, phone number, address and notification are private order details; only describe them as authorized pickup-record fields.

| Order destination | Published payment and notification flow | Fulfillment data |
|---|---|---|
| Home delivery | Pay COD when the parcel reaches the home address. | Home shipping address, COD status, delivery event and recipient. |
| Daraz Store pickup | Pay the shopkeeper after placing the order; leave a name and phone number, and the shop contacts the customer when the parcel arrives. | Keep pickup outlet and notification/payment/collection state; the buyer's name and phone number stay in their order record. |
| “Click & Collect” label | The locator first describes store pickup, then uses “Click & Collect” for a shop order that is delivered to the doorstep. | Preserve the actual order destination and receipt point; do not infer pickup from this label alone. |
Store returns and return drop-off are separate paths
The store locator says a customer may return a product at a Daraz Store within seven days after receiving it. Online return instructions separately ask customers to choose pickup or drop-off and an available refund method; return-only drop-off stations have their own receipt and quality-check flow.
