Temu product and price context

Temu product data: seller, variants and price context

Compare Temu offers by seller, selected option, market, currency and promotion. Review the 30-day price-adjustment rule, regional terms and seller-authorized API boundary.

A Temu product title does not identify one offer.

Compare the same source listing, seller, selected option and market. Save only identifiers shown by the page or an authorized source; a similar title is not a stable cross-seller product key.

Identity layerWhat to retainComparison rule
Product pageOriginal Temu product URL and product ID where the source supplies one.Keep the page identity; do not treat a title as a global product identifier.
SellerSeller name as displayed on the listing; seller ID only when the source provides it.A similar item from a different seller is a separate offer.
Selected optionExact selected size, color or other option label.Attach the price and availability observation to this configuration, not to every option on the page.
Market viewCountry/region, storefront, displayed currency and observation time.Keep regional observations separate when prices, product presentation or terms differ.

Keep the selected-item amount, promotion and delivery basis separate.

A listing amount is not necessarily a checkout total. Temu's U.S. Terms say applicable fees, customs duties, taxes and shipping may be charged separately and listing information can change or contain inaccuracies. Check the terms and checkout presentation for the chosen market.

Price signalEvidence to recordWhat not to infer
Selected-option amountDisplayed amount, currency, selected option, product URL and time observed.A starting or range price is not the amount for every variant.
Promotion or couponPromotion label, eligibility, conditions and whether the displayed amount already includes it.Do not subtract an account-specific or conditional benefit from every buyer's price.
Delivery and order chargesVisible shipping/delivery amount, destination and checkout context when available. The item amount alone does not establish the delivered total.
Price adjustmentFor the applicable policy: the same item and option, same seller and country/region within 30 days after payment.Promotional or unavailable items may be ineligible; shipping is excluded. This order rule is not a public history feed.
Observation contextStorefront market, language/currency presentation and retrieval timestamp.Do not merge time- or market-specific presentations into one unqualified price series.

A shopper listing and a seller-authorized API answer different questions.

Temu's Open Platform is a seller/partner route. A seller must authorize an app and grant the required permissions before non-public shop API operations are available; a public listing URL does not grant those permissions.

Access pathWhat its evidence describesBoundary to preserve
Shopper-facing listingListing information such as product details, displayed price, availability and delivery presentation.A dated page view is not an inventory ledger or bulk catalog export.
Seller Open PlatformAuthorized operations for the shop that granted the app the relevant permissions.Do not infer access to another seller's private products, SKU records, stock or orders.
AuthorizationSeller-granted app access with selected scopes and an access token/callback flow.Access is tied to the seller and permission scope; submitting a product URL does not authorize an app.
Regional API routeTemu documents separate regional production hosts and signed HTTPS POST requests.Use the documented host for the authorized shop's region and the permitted operations.

Temu's current U.S. Terms set an access and commercial-use boundary.

They also limit the stated license to personal, non-commercial use and require explicit advance permission for commercial use or use for another business.
