Mall status and province change the reimbursement
After an accepted return/refund request, Shopee describes different support for Mall and non-Mall orders. Non-Mall self-arranged returns use fixed Shopee Xu amounts based on whether buyer and seller addresses are in the same province/city. A full-order return can change the original shipping refund
Shopee says the original shipping fee is refunded when all products in an order are returned and the full amount paid is approved for refund. It says original shipping is not returned for a partial-item return in a multi-item order.
