Shopee Taiwan product data: next-day store pickup
Shopee Taiwan's Store-to-Store next-day service is a pickup offer with a day-specific order cutoff, participating-store and item eligibility, and a checkout-displayed arrival date.
The cutoff changes with day and payment time
Shopee's published schedule gives separate pickup windows for weekday and weekend orders. For non-cash-on-delivery orders, the help page says the payment completion time is the order time used for the schedule. Shopee publishes the schedule, but the payment-completion timestamp that selects a particular order’s window is buyer order data.

| Order time | Stated pickup window | Comparison detail |
|---|---|---|
| Monday–Friday before 14:00 | Next day after 16:00 | Use the order's actual payment-completion time when the order is not cash on delivery. |
| Monday–Thursday after 14:00 | Day after tomorrow after 16:00 | The weekday cutoff changes the expected pickup date. |
| Friday 14:00 through Sunday 23:59 | Following Tuesday after 16:00 | Keep the weekend schedule distinct from weekday next-day orders. |
| Public holidays and peak periods | Third-party logistics rest days or temporary exceptions apply. | Confirm the arrival date displayed at checkout. |
The selected store and item determine eligibility
Shopee directs buyers to check the product tag, shipping-fee information and checkout. Store coverage can differ, and the service terms set parcel size, weight and item restrictions.

| Eligibility detail | Official guidance | Offer data to retain |
|---|---|---|
| Product availability | The next-day option is shown for applicable listings and at checkout. | Product service tag, shipping option and selected variant. |
| Pickup store | Some stores do not provide next-day service; certain stores stopped accepting these parcels from 12 January 2026. | Selected pickup-store identity and the channel shown for that order. |
| Parcel dimensions and weight | Three-side total up to 105 cm; longest side up to 45 cm; weight up to 10 kg. | Use published parcel eligibility limits when evaluating the service. |
| Restricted products | Fragile, perishable, prohibited and other restricted goods are excluded. | Keep eligibility separate from a product's general listing availability. |
Compare the pickup offer with its displayed arrival date
An offer comparison should keep the selected pickup service and order-specific arrival date with the item and shipping charge. Eligible late next-day orders may qualify for one compensation voucher per order, valid for 28 days. The selected store, order time, displayed arrival date, charge and compensation state describe a buyer’s checkout/order, not a public listing.
