Shopee Philippines offer data: seller tiers and delivery
Shopee Philippines ties return deadlines and On-Time Delivery vouchers to seller type and order state. Keep the order's displayed deadline and eligibility labels with each offer observation.
The published return table conflicts with its example
Shopee's return-window table gives different periods for Mall and non-Mall sellers, but its worked date example reverses them. The table says to count from the actual delivery time; the order-specific deadline should be retained because the help article does not resolve its own mismatch.

| Seller type | Return-window table | Worked example in the same article |
|---|---|---|
| Mall | 15 days from actual delivery date and time; buyer confirmation time is 7 days. | Example says the return window ends after 7 days. |
| Non-Mall | 7 days from actual delivery date and time; buyer confirmation time is 3 days. | Example says the return window ends after 15 days. |
| Order-specific deadline | Requests may still be filed after Order Received while the window remains open. | Preserve the actual delivery timestamp and deadline shown in Shopee for the order. |
On-Time Delivery vouchers are limited to selected shop types
Shopee says the eligibility notice may appear on Product Details or Order Details. The feature is available only for Official Shops, Preferred Sellers and Warehouse Shops; an eligible voucher can be used on a future purchase with Free Shipping and/or Shop vouchers.

| Eligibility detail | Shopee Philippines rule | Offer context |
|---|---|---|
| Shop type | Official Shops, Preferred Sellers and Warehouse Shops only. | Keep the seller label tied to the exact order and notice. |
| Delivery notice | Check Product Details or Order Details for the compensation notice. | Preserve the shown notice and estimated delivery date. |
| Voucher combination | Voucher can stack with Free Shipping and/or Shop vouchers on a future purchase. | Record which voucher types were applied; do not infer an eligible combination from visible banners. |
| Claim window | Buyer should select Order Received within three days after receipt and claim the voucher within its three-day claim period. | Keep receipt, confirmation and claim timestamps separate. |
| Exclusions | Buyer-related delivery failure, early Order Received, return/refund, cancellation, seller non-shipment and uncontrollable events can make an order ineligible. | Store the order outcome and stated exclusion separately from the listing. |
Compare seller type, dates and applied benefits
A Philippines offer record should keep seller status and order-specific dates together. A return window and a late-delivery voucher have different eligibility rules and timestamps. The seller label and dates in this comparison must be read from the relevant buyer order; receipt confirmation, voucher claim and applied benefits are order/account-specific, not public listing observations.

| Order field | Philippines-specific context | Comparison use |
|---|---|---|
| Seller type | Mall and non-Mall return windows differ; On-Time Delivery has its own eligible shop list. | Do not treat seller labels as interchangeable. |
| Actual delivery date/time | The return-window table uses actual delivery time as its basis. | Keep the delivered timestamp with the order. |
| Return deadline and Order Received time | The published example conflicts with its table; the order-specific deadline is decisive for comparison. | Save the displayed deadline and button time separately. |
| On-Time notice and estimated date | Compensation eligibility is shown on product or order details for eligible shop types. | Keep notice, estimated date and order result linked. |
| Voucher types and claim time | Late-delivery vouchers may stack with Free Shipping and/or Shop vouchers. | Compare applied benefits and claim timing separately from listing price. |
