Shopee Indonesia product data: delivery guarantee labels
Shopee Indonesia's on-time guarantee is an order-level state. Preserve the exact Order Details labels, Shopee-recommended courier and guarantee date, with separate fields for Tomorrow delivery and voucher claims.
Only Order Details labels define guarantee coverage
Shopee Indonesia's current terms require both labels in Order Details. The terms tie the date to Shopee's recommended courier and do not extend the guarantee to seller-promised or other dates elsewhere in the system. The labels, courier recommendation, payment state and date are values in the buyer’s Order Details; the public terms do not reveal a particular buyer’s order state.

| Evidence in the order | Shopee term | Comparison treatment |
|---|---|---|
| `Garansi Tiba` and `Voucher Jika Pesanan Terlambat` | Both labels must appear in Order Details for an eligible order. | Keep the exact label state with the order; a product listing alone does not establish coverage. |
| Recommended courier | The terms define coverage around the shipping service recommended by Shopee. | Preserve the selected service and courier recommendation. |
| Guarantee date | The relevant arrival date is shown in Order Details. | Do not substitute a seller promise or another system estimate. |
| Order status | The order must still meet the program's eligibility conditions. | Keep cancellation and arrival states separate from an item listing. |
Tomorrow delivery and pickup have separate rules
The Tomorrow program is separately marked with a green-flame label and is available only in specified areas. The public terms reviewed here do not enumerate those areas, so coverage should be read from the order itself.

| Service condition | Published rule | Offer detail to retain |
|---|---|---|
| On-Time Guarantee Tomorrow | Requires the special green-flame label and applies only in certain areas. | Keep the badge and order-specific area/service context together. |
| Pick-up option | On-Time Guarantee does not cover orders using pick-up service. | Keep pickup orders distinct from courier delivery. |
| Non-COD payment | The guarantee time is calculated after successful payment and may change until payment is complete. | Preserve payment method and completion time with the displayed date. |
| Other estimated dates | The terms cover the Order Details guarantee date, not seller-promised or other dates. | Do not interpret a generic estimate as guarantee eligibility. |
A late-delivery voucher has a claim window and account cap
An eligible voucher is claimed from Order Details within three days after the order is marked complete. Shopee limits use to five such vouchers per account per month; the voucher amount and validity are set by Shopee. The three-day deadline and five-per-month cap are published rules; actual claim availability and remaining account allowance are buyer-account state.

| Comparison field | Indonesia-specific policy | Use in a dated record |
|---|---|---|
| Product and selected variant | The guarantee attaches to an eligible order, not every listing for the product. | Keep order item identity with the service state. |
| Payment method and completion time | Non-COD guarantee timing starts after successful payment. | Record the payment state that applies to the displayed date. |
| Guarantee labels and date | Both Order Details labels and the Shopee date define coverage. | Store the labels and order-level date as separate observations. |
| Voucher claim deadline | Claim within three days after order completion. | Keep claim deadline distinct from the delivery date. |
| Monthly account limit | Up to five On-Time Guarantee vouchers per user account per month. | Treat voucher availability as account-specific, not a product price discount. |
