SHEIN product data: item SKU, size and seller context
Read SHEIN U.S. product records through the item SKU, selected options and item-specific Size Guide; compare coupons, seller context, shipping and seller-side tools.
Find SHEIN's item SKU, then keep size and fit guidance separate
SHEIN U.S. calls the Item ID in a product page's Details or Description section its item SKU. A selected color and size, the item's own Size Guide and the Check My Size recommendation describe different parts of the choice.

| Record field | What SHEIN's page or help may show | How to interpret it |
|---|---|---|
| Item SKU | The Item ID in Details or Description, with the product URL | Use SHEIN's label and keep the page identity; the SKU alone does not record a selected color or size. |
| Selected option | The selected color and size exactly as shown | Attach the offer and availability observation to this choice rather than to the product title alone. |
| Size Guide | The item's measurement names, chart context and units when displayed | Keep its labels and units together; do not mix different chart types or assume one chart covers all styles. |
| Check My Size | A recommendation based on sizes purchased by similar customers; available on most, not all, items | Treat it as a recommendation, not a measured garment specification or a selected size. |
| One Size | A product page with one size option | SHEIN says this means one size is available, not that the item fits everyone. |
Compare the item amount with coupons and order charges
SHEIN's U.S. Terms say listed amounts are in U.S. dollars unless the site or app says otherwise, may change, and exclude shipping, local taxes and other applicable fees. A coupon has its own scope and does not make the displayed item amount a universal checkout price.

| Price signal | SHEIN U.S. rule or page context | Keep with the observation |
|---|---|---|
| Displayed item amount | U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted; price can change and excludes shipping, local tax and other applicable fees | Currency, selected item, storefront and observation time. |
| Coupon type | The policy includes order-value, non-sale-item and shipping coupons, each subject to its own conditions and expiry | Coupon label, threshold, eligible products and expiration where shown. |
| Seller eligibility | Only coupons marked eligible for Third-Party Seller products may be applied to those products; seller-only coupons do not apply to SHEIN-sold items | Seller identity and the coupon's stated scope. |
| Coupon stacking | One coupon may be used per order; coupons cannot be stacked with another coupon in that order | Do not add multiple promotional values to create an assumed net price. |
| Shipping and other charges | Shipping, local tax and applicable fees are charged separately; some marketplace sellers have separate shipping terms or fees | Destination and seller-specific shipping context, separate from item price. |
Keep the marketplace seller and shipping path attached to the offer
SHEIN U.S. lists products sold by SHEIN Distribution Corporation and by Third-Party Sellers. A third-party listing is sold directly by that seller, whose shipping and return terms may differ from SHEIN's own offers.

| Offer field | SHEIN U.S. distinction | What to preserve |
|---|---|---|
| Seller | The offer may be sold by SHEIN Distribution Corporation or a named Third-Party Seller | Seller label with product URL, selected option and price; do not assign a marketplace listing to SHEIN by default. |
| Quick ship | The tag means an item may be available from a U.S. shipping location; if local stock is unavailable when ordered, SHEIN says it may ship from outside the U.S. | Tag, selected item, destination and observation time; it is not a guaranteed U.S. warehouse shipment. |
| Shipping terms | Some Third-Party Sellers are not subject to SHEIN's general shipping fees or free-shipping thresholds and may charge different fees | The seller's displayed delivery charge, threshold, destination and delivery estimate. |
| Return eligibility | Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, but some Third-Party Seller windows can be longer or shorter and category exceptions apply | The selected product page's return eligibility and stated window, with seller and market. |
| Market | The U.S. Terms say an order shipped to another country may redirect to that country's local site and terms | Keep the local storefront, currency and destination; do not carry U.S. terms across countries. |
SHEIN's U.S. API materials describe seller-side listing and shop operations
The U.S. SHEIN Marketplace onboarding page lists API connection, solution providers and Seller Hub as product-listing paths. It describes Seller Hub functions for seller inventory, sales orders, customer insights and product performance; that is distinct from the shopper-facing offer fields on SHEIN U.S.

| Seller-side surface | What the public U.S. materials describe | Scope to keep clear |
|---|---|---|
| Seller eligibility | The onboarding page lists professional sellers, U.S.-based operations, direct-to-customer U.S. shipping and a $5 million minimum annual revenue requirement | This is the current public onboarding page's stated scope; requirements can change. |
| API connection | One of the listed ways for an enrolled seller to upload products to its SHEIN Marketplace storefront | The reviewed public pages do not specify a buyer-facing competitor-product lookup. |
| Seller Hub | A seller platform described for managing inventory, sales orders, customer insights and product performance | Keep seller-owned shop operations separate from public buyer listing observations. |
| API scope details | The seller FAQ lists questions about API access, fees, rate limits and access types but does not expose those details in the public page reviewed | Do not invent endpoints, rate limits, permissions or coverage for other sellers' private records. |
Read SHEIN's U.S. Terms and robots rules as separate evidence
SHEIN's U.S. Terms are effective 3 September 2026 and limit the stated license to personal, noncommercial shopping. The current us.shein.com robots file separately lists paths; it does not grant collection or reuse rights, and neither source should be generalized to other SHEIN country sites.

| Published source | What the reviewed U.S. source says | Scope to preserve |
|---|---|---|
| Terms of Use | The Terms prohibit commercial or third-party use absent advance permission and prohibit a robot, spider or other manual or automated means used to index or access the Services for any purpose | Attribute this to the U.S. Terms effective 3 September 2026; do not frame it as general legal advice. |
| us.shein.com robots.txt | The wildcard group disallows /user/ (with an allow for /user/auth/login), /cart/, /atomic/, /geetest/, /abt/userinfo, /coupon/getCouponListForOrder and /datasecurity, among other listed paths | These are the file's current U.S. directives read 7 October 2026; robots rules and Terms are separate. |
| International storefronts | The U.S. Terms say orders shipped to another country may be redirected to that country's local site and terms | Keep country, seller and currency together; U.S. evidence does not establish other market rules. |
