PhotoSpring catalog: frames, parts and scan services
PhotoSpring frame families, model and serial labels, explicitly matched parts, and photo-scanning services—with source-linked notes on conflicts and evidence limits.
PhotoSpring's catalog mixes frames, parts and services
PhotoSpring Inc's public store sells Wi-Fi digital frames and model-specific components, and it also lists photo-digitization and repair or service-fee entries. The product collection is not one hardware family. This guide summarizes public page categories reviewed October 7, 2026; it is not a complete or live catalog.

| Record group | What the storefront shows | How to keep the records distinct |
|---|---|---|
| Frame hardware | View, Classic and Lite frame product pages | Keep a frame family separate from its named options and from replacement parts. |
| Replacement parts | Adapters, stands, batteries, kickstands and frame mouldings with named compatibility | Keep each fit statement attached to the model or generation named by its page. |
| Digitization and service entries | Separate Scan Photos and Scan Photo Albums listings, plus repair or service-fee entries | Classify these as services or fees, not physical frames or frame variants. |
Current frame names and support model IDs are different labels
The storefront's frame names and the support center's generation or model labels answer different questions. Keep those names as published and cite the page that supports each power or identity statement.

| Source label | First-party statement reviewed | Evidence boundary |
|---|---|---|
| PhotoSpring View | The current product page calls it battery powered and says it uses a rechargeable battery and/or AC charger. | Report the source's power wording only; omit its conflicting storage and photo-capacity copy. |
| PhotoSpring Classic | The current product page says this frame is powered by an AC adapter. | Keep the storefront name; do not equate it with every older support or model-code label. |
| PhotoSpring Lite | The current product page says this frame is powered by an AC adapter. | Its page also contains conflicting inherited specification text; omit disputed memory and battery claims. |
| PhotoSpring 10 Standard, model PSF-101 | The replacement moulding page names PSF-101, says the 10-inch model has no battery, and says its serial number begins with 03. | Use this model and prefix only for the moulding fit stated on that page. Do not silently rename it Classic. |
| PhotoSpring 8, 10 Legacy and 10 Premium | Support articles distinguish legacy and premium generations, but display serial-prefix patterns in different forms. | Attribute any generation label to its dated support article. Do not build a universal serial decoder. |
Replacement parts carry model-specific fit
PhotoSpring's parts pages name individual frame families or model identifiers. A part listing is evidence for only the fit it states; similar dimensions or connector descriptions do not establish cross-model compatibility.

| Part listing | Compatibility stated on the source page | How to represent it |
|---|---|---|
| Black replacement frame moulding | PhotoSpring 10 Standard, model PSF-101, without battery; the page says to check for a serial beginning 03. | Keep the part as a replacement component and attach the explicit model and prefix evidence. |
| Extended battery | The listing title names PhotoSpring Charge Pro (PSG-101) and PhotoSpring 10 Premium. | Preserve the source's model/code wording without inferring fit for other battery frames. |
| Adapters, stands and kickstands | Individual listings name PhotoSpring 8, Lite, Classic/Charge Pro or 10.1-inch models. | Retain the exact family named on each listing; do not merge by age, color or connector. |
Photo scanning and repair are service records
The store lists photo digitization and service-fee entries alongside physical frames and accessories. Their descriptions belong to separate service records and should not be folded into a frame model or variant.

| Service listing | Public description reviewed | Editorial treatment |
|---|---|---|
| Scan Photos | The page states 600 DPI and 24-bit color and says original photos are returned. | Attribute those technical service details to this listing; omit exact turnaround claims because the page conflicts with itself. |
| Scan Photo Albums | The page describes creating individual digital copies without removing the photos from the album. | Keep album scanning distinct from loose-photo scanning; do not reproduce customer photos or service testimonials. |
| Repair or service-fee listing | The all-products collection includes repair- and service-labelled entries. | Treat them as service or fee records; the collection does not establish a physical product specification. |
Evidence limits keep the guide current and careful
PhotoSpring's storefront and connected photo service publish different types of information. Sources were reviewed October 7, 2026. This page summarizes only public catalog, support and policy descriptions; it does not report a retrieved PhotoSpring catalog or expose user-submitted content.

| Topic | Evidence reviewed | What this page does |
|---|---|---|
| Capacity and storage | Current product pages contain inconsistent inherited capacity and storage statements. | Omit a consolidated capacity or storage specification. |
| Service timing, offers and availability | Photo-scanning turnaround statements differ, while price, bundles, shipping, promotions, warranties and stock can change. | Do not state a current offer, inventory condition, shipping promise or exact scan turnaround. |
| Terms and privacy | The storefront and connected service have separate Terms and Privacy pages; no visible revision date was found on the reviewed policy pages. | Link the source policies without interpreting legal permission or including photos, account details, identifiers or reviews. |
| Robots directives and comments | Direct requests on October 7, 2026 returned HTTP 200 for both robots.txt files. A storefront comment calls product, collection, page, blog, policy, cart and localized HTML crawlable, while later operative directives disallow /cart/ and paths for checkout, orders, accounts, admin, services, AJAX, filtering, sorting and previews. Comments also name agents.md, /.well-known/ucp and /api/ucp/mcp. The connected-service file contains User-agent: * with an empty Disallow field. | The comment and operative crawler directives conflict for cart paths. Robots text describes crawler rules; it does not establish endpoint functionality, public feed/API or adapter capability, content-reuse rights, or permission. Referenced agent/UCP paths were not followed or tested. |
