PETLIBRO product data: feeders, fountains & connected devices
A reference to PETLIBRO device families, model identifiers, feeder and fountain distinctions, accessory fit, app services, and posted use limits.
The PETLIBRO portfolio spans more than accessories.
PETLIBRO is the brand presented through the petlibro.com storefront. The store groups devices, accessories, and bundles; its Help Center organizes support around litter boxes, cameras, feeders, fountains, cat trees, and toys. Names such as Luma, Scout, Granary, Polar, One, Air, Space, Dockstream, Capsule, Glacier, and Stainless Steel appear in that support taxonomy. These are navigation and support families, not a complete or permanent list of items available in every market. App-linked Petlibro Care services are described separately in their service agreement. | Catalog area | Names shown by PETLIBRO | How to keep the record useful |
|---|---|---|
| Feeder families | Granary, One, Air, Space, Easy Feed, Essential | Check the exact model page for food type and capability; do not treat the family name as a full specification. |
| Wet-food feeder | Polar Smart Wet Food Feeder | Keep wet-food hardware separate from dry-food feeder records and their accessory relations. |
| Fountains | Dockstream, Capsule, Glacier, Stainless Steel | Preserve the exact fountain model, including plug-in or cordless variants where PETLIBRO lists them separately. |
| Other supported products | Luma litter box, Scout camera, Infinity Cat Tree, Pixie Mouse Toy | Keep device category, model, accessory, app feature, and service as separate entities. |
Model No. and PN code identify different fields.
PETLIBRO's Return & Refund Policy asks for a Model No. and PN code separately in some quality-related support cases. It says the Model No. may be on the product or package; the PN code may be in the battery compartment on some feeder models or on the package. Record each label exactly as shown, alongside the device name, market, source page, and review date. Do not treat either identifier as a product title, option, or universal catalog key.

| Field | Record | Keep separate from |
|---|---|---|
| Product family and model | Source-displayed family, complete model name, and model number when explicitly shown | A similarly named model or every model in the family. |
| Model No. | Exact Model No. label and value from the product, package, or official support page | The PN code, storefront option, or an assumed SKU. |
| PN code | Exact PN label and value where PETLIBRO provides it | The Model No.; the policy describes a separate identifier and location. |
| Options and package contents | Source-stated configuration, market, bundle parent, and included items | A color or bundle option treated as a new device model without evidence. |
Feeder specifications depend on food type and exact model.
PETLIBRO's support pages name multiple feeder families. Its Granary 2 Series page identifies that series as designed for dry kibble, while Polar is explicitly a wet-food feeder. This distinction is model-specific: scheduled or manual control, refill modes, bowl arrangement, RFID, camera capability, app connection, power, and service-dependent functions must be checked on the exact model page or current comparison. A family name alone does not establish a specification, and app or camera features can require a separately described service.

| Feeder record | Source-specific fields to compare | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Food and device type | Dry-food feeder or wet-food feeder; source-displayed model and market | Do not compare Polar wet-food models as though they share dry-food hardware fields. |
| Meal and control design | Scheduled, manual, or refill modes; bowl count and arrangement when specified | Preserve the source's mode names and units; do not add feeding recommendations. |
| Recognition and camera | RFID or camera feature only when the exact model page states it | Do not carry recognition, recording, or multi-pet claims across the family. |
| App, power, and service | Connectivity, power or backup description, app requirement, and named service dependency | Separate hardware capability from app functions and Care or Video Cloud entitlements. |
Fountain filters and parts require a stated model match.
PETLIBRO lists plug-in and cordless Dockstream models separately and maintains separate fountain and replacement-part listings. One explicit fit relation on its Dockstream replacement-filter page says the filter works with Dockstream and Dockstream 2; the product FAQ and Dockstream 2 support answers describe those filters as interchangeable between the two generations. This documented pair does not establish compatibility with Capsule, Glacier, Stainless Steel, or every Dockstream component. Keep any unconfirmed model-to-part relation unknown.

| Compatibility evidence | Fields to retain | Do not infer |
|---|---|---|
| Fountain identity | Exact model name, model number if shown, and plug-in or cordless form | That two devices with Dockstream in the name share all components. |
| Replacement part | Exact part name or code, component type, and source page | That every filter, pump, tray, or shield fits the same fountain family. |
| Explicit supported model | Each model named by the official part page or support answer | Compatibility based on a similar shape, family word, or collection grouping. |
| Evidence status | Official statement, market, page checked, and review date | A missing compatibility statement treated as approval or as proof of incompatibility. |
Camera and litter devices stay separate from app services.
PETLIBRO's Help Center lists Scout as a smart camera and Luma as a smart litter box. Its Privacy Policy maps model PLPC001 to Scout Smart Camera and model PLLB001 to Luma Smart Litter Box; the appended AI-related disclosure is expressly scoped to those model codes. Keep that policy scope attached to those models rather than applying it to every feeder or fountain. The Care Service Agreement names Designlibro as the provider of Petlibro Care and Care Plus and directs users to a separate in-app privacy notice. A device, app feature, cloud plan, and account or pet data are separate records.

| Entity | Useful distinction | Privacy boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Hardware model | Model code and device category: camera, litter device, feeder, or fountain | Do not merge products because a shared app displays them together. |
| Software feature | Exact app or device feature and the model page that describes it | Do not assume every feature is available across product families. |
| Service entitlement | Care, Care Plus, Video Cloud, or other plan only where a source names the supported feature or device | Keep a plan, device option, and account-level data separate. |
| Personal or pet data | Exclude media, account records, pet profiles, activity, health, and device telemetry | Do not reproduce private, customer-submitted, or device-generated information. |
