NZXT product data: PC parts and compatibility
A field guide to NZXT model numbers, regional identifiers, PC part fit, CAM compatibility, warranty scope and authorized catalog access.
An NZXT catalog spans parts, systems and software
NZXT is a PC hardware brand whose public catalog includes cases, CPU coolers, fans, power supplies, motherboards and accessories, alongside prebuilt PCs and gaming gear. CAM and support documents describe how some devices work; they are not product variants. Keep NZXT.com, support.nzxt.com, and authorized retail listings as separate source channels.
Keep related NZXT records connected but distinct
A shared brand name does not mean two records have the same product, seller or technical role.
| Record type | Useful identity | Relationship to preserve |
|---|---|---|
| PC component | Family, exact model and variant | Case, cooler, fan, PSU, motherboard and accessory are separate categories. |
| Prebuilt system | PC model and published configuration | Link included components when the listing identifies them; do not create unlisted part numbers. |
| Software or support document | CAM version, device/model scope and document date | Connect compatibility or support evidence to a product without treating the document as a sellable item. |
| Retail offer | Seller, market, currency and observation time | A partner listing is not an NZXT.com offer or inventory record. |
Identify the exact model before joining variants
Product pages can present several color, wattage or model choices together. Store the family name, selected variant, manufacturer model number, market and barcode as separate fields. A storefront variant ID may identify a listing option, but it is not a substitute for the model number or a region-specific UPC/EAN.
A compact identity map
| Field | What to retain | Do not collapse into |
|---|---|---|
| Family and model | Published family plus exact product model/generation | A category label such as “case” or “C-Series.” |
| Variant | Color, edition, included-fan package, wattage or other selected option | A sibling product with different construction or specifications. |
| Manufacturer identifier | Exact model/part number shown for that variant and market | An invented SKU when the page does not publish one. |
| Market identifiers | Market, UPC/EAN, locale, currency and seller where supplied | One worldwide identifier inferred from a default storefront. |
| Storefront identity | Canonical product URL and any observed variant ID | A manufacturer model number or globally stable product ID. |
NZXT model numbers can differ by color and region
Identifiers transcribed from official product pages reviewed 5 October 2026; validate the selected market page before using them in a current catalog.

Case compatibility depends on the installed stack
The H9 Flow is a useful example of why one maximum-clearance number is not enough. Its published GPU limit changes when a thick front-right radiator and fan stack occupies the same space. Preserve the exact case variant, component dimensions, location and installed configuration with each fit fact; verify another H-series model on its own specification page.
H9 Flow fit constraints from its current product specification
These values describe H9 Flow only. They are not a general NZXT case compatibility guarantee.
| Build question | Published H9 Flow limit | Record with the value |
|---|---|---|
| Motherboard fit | E-ATX up to 277 mm wide, ATX, Micro-ATX, Mini-ITX; back-connect support is model-dependent | Board form factor and width; confirm connector clearance and the selected case variant. |
| Graphics-card length | Up to 459 mm with front-right fans under 56 mm thick; up to 410 mm with a 56 mm-thick 420 mm AIO and its fans at front-right | GPU length, radiator/fan thickness and the mounting position together. |
| Radiator mounting | Front-right up to 420 mm; top up to 420 mm; bottom up to 360 mm; rear up to 120 mm | Radiator size, position, fan stack and any shared clearance. |
| CPU cooler and power supply | CPU cooler height up to 165 mm; PSU length up to 200 mm | Cooler height and PSU length, plus cables or adjacent parts that affect fit. |
| Included versus optional fans | The listed case package includes three F140Q case-version fans and one F120Q case-version fan | Included quantity/model separately from supported positions and optional accessories. |
Treat CAM support as a device-and-controller relationship
NZXT CAM monitors a PC and controls selected NZXT hardware, but compatibility is not implied by the NZXT name alone. The official support FAQ says fan speed control requires a compatible controller, which may be integrated into select Kraken coolers or motherboards or supplied as a dedicated controller. RGB control also depends on the motherboard header, device and connection type.
Useful fields for CAM and hardware compatibility
| Relationship | Evidence to retain | Common mistake |
|---|---|---|
| Fan control | Fan model, connected controller, port/header and supported CAM function | Assuming any NZXT fan is software-controllable when connected directly to a board. |
| RGB control | RGB standard, voltage/header, adapter/controller, device and motherboard model | Equating NZXT RGB, 5V ARGB and 12V RGB or treating them as interchangeable. |
| Software support | CAM version, operating-system scope and official article/manual date | Turning a feature documented for one device or software version into a whole-brand claim. |
| Product documentation | Manual, support article, download or compatibility statement linked to the exact model | Treating generic category copy as proof of a particular connection or feature. |
Keep market, seller and warranty attached to each record
NZXT has its own component storefront, publishes authorized retailers, and works with system integrators for some prebuilt PCs. A product page, a partner offer and a system configuration are different records. For changing price or availability, preserve seller, market/locale, currency, the exact product variant and observation time; the source page is not a live feed in this guide.
Warranty follows the exact product, not just the series name
NZXT support's article was updated 11 July 2026. Product-specific terms and regional restrictions still apply; confirm the linked current policy for an actual purchase.
| Published product name | Warranty shown | Why exact identity matters |
|---|---|---|
| H9 Flow case | 2 years | This is the case product's listed warranty; H1 cases and other device types have separate terms. |
| C1000 Gold Core | 7 years | The Core model is listed separately from the similarly named ATX 3.1 power supply. |
| C1000 Gold ATX 3.1 | 10 years | Same nominal wattage and a similar name do not establish the same generation or warranty. |
Keep commercial context attached
| Field | Store with the observation | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Seller/channel | NZXT direct, authorized retail partner, or PC integrator | A price or available configuration belongs to the selling channel. |
| Market | Country/site locale, currency and applicable product code | The same color or wattage can have a different regional model number. |
| Offer state | Price, stock/availability state and capture time, if authorized data includes them | Promotions and stock change; never substitute a historical observation for a current offer. |
| Warranty evidence | Product model, region, source policy, date reviewed and stated period | Warranty duration and eligibility depend on exact product and purchase conditions. |
Use NZXT's published access path for catalog operations
The NZXT Terms of Service, whose displayed effective date is 24 May 2018, say access and search must use currently available published interfaces NZXT provides and prohibit automated access or extraction NZXT has not provided or authorized. Crawling must follow robots.txt. NZXT's current robots file points agents to UCP/MCP for catalog, cart and checkout operations. Treat this as a discovery pointer: review the current interface documentation and verify that the intended operation is supported and within scope before using it. This field guide explains product-data fields and access boundaries; it does not itself grant permission.
Scroll to compare →
| Route | Use when | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| NZXT UCP/MCP | Only use a documented operation that the current published interface supports for the intended catalog request | The robots.txt link is a discovery pointer, not proof of endpoint behavior, authorization or reuse rights. |
| Merchant or authorized partner export | The supplier provides the records and grants appropriate use rights | Keep supplier, market, source date and reuse terms with the data. |
| Public product information | A person needs a reference for model identity or fit | Public visibility and robots directives do not create a separate commercial data license. |
| Unpublished endpoint or automated store extraction | No published interface or authorization exists | Do not treat URL submission or browser scraping as an approved route. |
