Nixplay product data: frame models, display specs and plan limits
Compare Nixplay frame model codes and display specs, separate app connections from plan limits, and keep market-specific offers and policies dated.
Start with the frame model code, not just the screen size
Nixplay currently presents several smart frames with overlapping screen sizes. Model code, series and selected finish identify the hardware more precisely than a listing title such as “10-inch Wi-Fi frame.”

| Frame family and model | Official model evidence | Product fields to preserve |
|---|---|---|
| Modern 10.1-inch · W10K | Modern series; touch; technical page lists 1280 × 800 and 16:10 | Keep finish, region-specific listing SKU and product URL with W10K |
| Classic 10.1-inch · W10P | Classic series; touch; technical page lists 1280 × 800 and 16:10 | Keep its finish and stand/mount details separate from W10K |
| Big Classic 15.6-inch · W15P | Classic series; touch; 1920 × 1080 and 16:9 | Keep large-frame dimensions, finish, selected market and listing SKU |
| Display wording | Product pages use “720p HD” for 10.1-inch models; technical pages list 1280 × 800 | Preserve marketing label and pixel dimensions as separate sourced fields |
Compare the screen and physical setup by model
For a room-fit or photo-framing comparison, screen diagonal alone is not enough. Record pixel dimensions, aspect ratio, orientation, physical dimensions and installation details from the specification page for the exact model.

| Specification group | Fields to retain | Model-specific check |
|---|---|---|
| Display | Diagonal, pixel width × height, source resolution label, aspect ratio, touch, brightness and contrast | W10K/W10P use 16:10; W15P uses 16:9. Keep source labels alongside numeric resolution. |
| Orientation and sensors | Portrait/landscape support, automatic rotation, motion/activity sensor and power behavior | Nixplay publishes different sensor descriptions by model; do not copy one frame's sensor list to the series. |
| Mounting and dimensions | Frame height/width/depth, stand type and adjustability, wall-mount support | Current W10K and W10P product pages differ on wall mounting; capture the exact model page. |
| Power and accessories | Power input/output, adapter, plug/market, cord length and in-box stand/accessory list | A frame revision or regional pack can change included accessories; retain the specification source and date. |
Separate app connections and media support from frame identity
The Nixplay app controls frames, playlists and sharing, while connected photo services can have separate plan requirements. A service connection is not a hardware finish or frame model, and its availability should be recorded with the relevant account plan and date.

| Capability | Useful fields | Comparison boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Upload path | Mobile app, web app, email-to-frame or another documented entry point | Store each path and the page that describes it; do not treat account content as public product data. |
| Connected service | Google Photos, Dropbox, Instagram, Facebook, Flickr or Alexa; app/account path and plan | Nixplay describes different management paths and paid-plan limits for connected albums. |
| Photo format | File type and any upload-size or plan limit stated for the account | The W10K technical page lists JPG/JPEG and PNG; verify the exact current guide for other models. |
| Video support | File type, maximum clip duration, cloud-video storage and relevant plan/date | The product page lists MP4, MOV and MPEG; clip limits vary by Basic, Lite and Plus. |
| Sharing | Playlist or shared-album relationship, owner account, frame and contributor role | A shared album or friend connection is an account relationship, not a product variant. |
Treat cloud plans as dated account entitlements, not frame variants
Nixplay's plan-limits guide was last updated September 24, 2026. The table below records its current Basic, Lite and Plus distinctions without plan prices; check the selected storefront and account terms before comparing an offer.

| Plan in the reviewed guide | Photo / video cloud limit | Video length and album connections |
|---|---|---|
| Basic · free | 500 MB photos + 500 MB videos | 15-second clips; one shared album; no connected Google Photos or Dropbox albums in the reviewed guide |
| Lite | 100 GB photos + 5 GB videos | 1-minute clips; unlimited shared albums and Google Photos albums; one Dropbox album |
| Plus | Unlimited photos + 50 GB videos | 2-minute clips; unlimited shared albums and connected Google Photos/Dropbox albums |
| Legacy Standard | Do not copy historical limits into a current tier | Keep the account's legacy plan name and effective period; Nixplay documents changes and restrictions |
Keep offers, warranty and content rights tied to their storefront
Nixplay sells frames and subscriptions through its own storefront and through third-party retailers. Shipping, returns, currency, bundles and warranty support can depend on the purchase channel and country, so keep the frame, subscription and policy evidence separate.

| Record | Fields to preserve | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Retail offer | Storefront/country, currency, selected frame model and finish, amount type and observation date | Do not carry a U.S. price or availability statement to a reseller or another Nixplay country site. |
| Bundle or add-on | Frame count/model, gift options, subscription plan and whether items are separately priced | A two-frame bundle or Plus add-on is not a single frame model. |
| Returns and warranty | Direct Nixplay Shop or reseller, country, policy URL, review date, return window and warranty terms | Nixplay's U.S. direct-store return policy does not govern purchases made through every third-party seller or region. |
| Service and content terms | Terms URL/effective date, storefront domain, service operator and rights basis for any reused material | The Terms effective October 16, 2025 cover the store, frames, apps and paid service and reserve rights in Nixplay Materials unless expressly authorized. |
