Never Fully Dressed product data: size, multi-wear and co-ords
Model Never Fully Dressed product data with multi-wear style notes, co-ord relationships, body-measurement chart context, regional variants, and separate Pre-Loved listings.
Keep the main NFD shop separate from Pre-Loved listings
Never Fully Dressed links its direct shop to a separate official Pre-Loved marketplace. Marketplace listings can come from NFD or individual sellers, so channel and seller identity must stay attached to every product record.

| Channel | Fields to preserve | Comparison boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Main NFD shop | Source URL and item/style ID; size/color options; selected market | Direct retail offer and product-page availability |
| NFD Pre-Loved | Marketplace listing ID, listed-by seller, stated size/condition, current ask, RRP and listing state | Resale listing is not main-store inventory or a completed sale record |
| Third-party stockist | Retailer, local product URL, seller and market | Its offer and return rules are not the NFD direct-store offer |
| Shared style identity | Brand style/name relation only when supported by a source identifier | A similar name or print does not prove two listings are the same item |
Treat multi-wear as a design attribute, not a variant
NFD connects its East London market-stall beginnings to its signature multi-wear designs and says its prints are developed in-house. A multi-wear label describes how a style can be worn; it does not create another size or color option.

| Design evidence | Record | Keep separate from |
|---|---|---|
| Multi-wear label | The source's exact label and the item page where it appeared | A variant ID, size or stock state |
| Ways to wear | Documented instructions, video or styling-guide URL when the item has them | A wear method inferred from an image or another style |
| Print and design | Source print/color name, collection and linked style ID | Fabric composition, which needs its own item-level evidence |
| Product option | Source-provided size, color and identifier for the style | A separately sellable product created for each styling mode |
Tie every size claim to its chart, category and region
The NFD size guide is region- and unit-aware, uses body measurements, and separates garment categories. Its current FAQ says the usual range is UK 6–28 / US 2–24 but names a Leopard Jaspre skirt in UK 4 and 30; retain such exceptions at the product level.

| Fit evidence | Store these fields | Do not assume |
|---|---|---|
| Chart scope | Category, region, measurement unit, chart URL and review date | That one chart applies to every style and market |
| Size mapping | NFD, alpha, UK, US or EU label as displayed, with the source conversion | That matching labels mean identical body or garment dimensions |
| Body and cut | Chest/bust, waist and hip chart reference; Petite/Regular label and its stated height rule | That chart measurements are garment measurements or a fit guarantee |
| Swim and bra | Swimwear's NFD/alpha/UK mapping; band and cup fields for bra sizing | Using a dress conversion for swim or bra options |
| Item-level choice | Product size quiz/chart, actual selectable sizes and option availability | That a brand-wide size headline means every item carries each size |
Model co-ords as a look linked to their actual products
NFD describes co-ords as matching pieces that can be worn together or styled as separates. Keep the outfit relationship while preserving whether the top, bottom or set is the actual sellable item on each listing.

| Record layer | Useful NFD fields | Validation question |
|---|---|---|
| Co-ord/look | Collection or set name and the linked style IDs | Is the relation stated by NFD or inferred from similar prints? |
| Component product | Top, skirt, trouser or other component ID and product URL | Is this component separately offered or only shown as styling? |
| Option | Each component's own size, color and source ID | Do options match across the set, or only within one component? |
| Offer | Price and promotion attached to the listing's sellable unit | Is a bundle actually sold, or are two separate products being styled together? |
Separate style, fabric, merchandising label and availability
NFD uses distinctive prints and labels including Multi wear, NFD Exclusive, New, Back in stock and Restocking soon. Preserve the source label, but keep technical garment evidence and observed availability in their own fields.
Scroll to compare →
| Record type | Fields when the item page supplies them | Why the distinction matters |
|---|---|---|
| Style identity | Item/style ID, product name, category, silhouette and length | Related garments can share a print without sharing product identity |
| Material and care | Fabric composition, lining, care and garment measurements with source location | Do not derive technical claims from campaign copy or a print name |
| Option | Size/color and the exact source-provided option identifier | Availability and fit belong to a specific product option |
| Merchandising label | Exact badge, source page and observation date | New, exclusive or multi-wear is not automatically an SKU or launch date |
| Availability | Selectable size/status and market at the time observed | Back in stock or restocking soon does not supply quantity or a delivery date |
Keep local offers, delivery and returns with their market
The main store has a country selector, and NFD's FAQ separates local delivery, international duty/tax, return portals and purchase channels. The UK FAQ currently describes 28 days for direct online returns; store, pop-up, Pre-Loved and other regional rules differ, so date and scope every policy observation.
Scroll to compare →
| Context | Record | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Market and price | Country/storefront, currency, selected size/color, amount type and date | A UK offer or price is not a global offer |
| Promotion | Displayed price, RRP, discount condition and expiry when stated | A current badge or loyalty voucher is not a permanent price |
| Delivery | Destination, carrier/service, delivery estimate, duties/taxes and policy date | A threshold, fee or delivery window can change by market and method |
| Returns | Direct online/store/pop-up/Pre-Loved channel, region and current policy version | The UK 28-day direct-order rule does not describe every purchase channel |
| Pre-order | Pre-order flag, expected timing as stated, market and split-order option | The FAQ says UK customers may request a split; it does not promise a ship date |
Use channel and fit evidence to answer real NFD questions
These comparisons are useful when they are based on authorized or supplied catalog records. Keep each source URL, product channel, seller, selected region, chart reference, observation date and applicable terms/rights basis with the evidence.

| Question | Linked records | Interpretation guardrail |
|---|---|---|
| Which sizes can a specific dress or swim style be bought in? | Product → option → market, plus the correct category chart | Chart range and currently selectable options are different facts |
| Which products are multi-wear? | Item-level label and documented style instructions | Do not classify a style from a similar image or a brand-wide slogan |
| Are two co-ord pieces sold together? | Look/style relation plus each component listing and offer | A matching outfit is not proof of a bundle SKU |
| How does resale pricing compare with direct retail? | Matched style evidence, seller, current ask, RRP, listing state, market and date | A Pre-Loved asking price, including a just-sold tile, is not a confirmed transaction price |
