Hearth Display product data: device, membership and features
Hearth Display data guide: device variants, calendar connections, membership features, hardware offers, recurring plans and access terms.
Hearth Display is a device with separate software services
Hearth sells a wall-mounted touchscreen calendar with a companion app and Family Membership. Represent the hardware, included parts, software and membership as related but different catalog entities. A membership plan is not a color or device variant, and a calendar integration is not a feature entitlement by itself.

| Catalog entity | Hearth example | Record relationship |
|---|---|---|
| Hardware product | Hearth Display touchscreen and selected finish | Keep device identity, model specifications and selected color with the device listing |
| Included parts | Custom wall mount and power cord listed with the Display | Attach as included components; do not turn included parts into separate paid offers |
| Companion software | Hearth mobile app and software features described on product pages | Record as product/service functionality, not a hardware variant |
| Family Membership | Separate monthly or longer-duration plan | Give the plan its own duration, access tier and billing state |
Finish and shipping window are distinct device selections
The product page reviewed October 4, 2026 presented color and a shipping-window selector as separate choices. Keep each selected label attached to the exact product-page observation. The same listing states a 27-inch diagonal screen and dimensions of 16.5 by 26.7 by 1.2 inches; treat these as dated, product-page specifications and recheck the live source before relying on them.

| Page field | Value to retain | Do not infer |
|---|---|---|
| Finish | Displayed color option and selected variant identifier when present | A new device model or membership tier |
| Shipping window | Selected window, shipping market and observation date | A guaranteed delivery date, stock quantity or stable lead time |
| Display specification | Screen diagonal and the stated width, height and depth with units | That the dimensions apply to a different Hearth product |
| Included accessory | Mount, power cable and installation item as the product page labels them | Optional purchases or accessories not named as included |
| Warranty and returns | The product page’s stated warranty term and return period, source page and review date | Coverage for every region, defect type or later policy version |
Calendar integrations describe connections, not household events
Hearth’s Features page names Google, iCal and Outlook calendar connections and also describes TeamSnap, school-district and other URL-based calendars. A catalog guide can map those advertised service types without exposing any family’s schedule, event title, location, caregiver or profile information.

| Integration record | Publicly described detail | Safe catalog boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Calendar service | Named service such as Google, iCal or Outlook | Attribute the connection claim to the Features or product page and date |
| Calendar source type | Connected calendar, TeamSnap, school-district or URL-based calendar | Keep each source type distinct; do not assume every one has identical sync behavior |
| Feature behavior | Sync, display, share or add-calendar wording used on the source page | Preserve the exact described behavior instead of promising real-time or complete synchronization |
| Household content | Personal events and family schedules are user submissions, not catalog attributes | Do not include event records, names, locations, photos or account details |
Membership statements need their source page and context
Hearth’s Membership page describes setup and post-membership access differently from parts of the current product FAQ. The Membership page says a Family Membership is required to set up the Display and that calendar, basic profile details and settings remain without membership. The product page FAQ says calendars, calendar syncing and unlimited profiles are core features that work without membership. Keep each statement attached to its page and date rather than combining them into a single rule.

| Capability group | What the reviewed pages say | Source context to retain |
|---|---|---|
| Core calendar and profiles | Product FAQ describes calendars, sync and unlimited profiles without membership; Membership FAQ describes calendar, basic profiles and settings without membership | Keep the exact wording and page URL; do not equate the two descriptions |
| Setup | Membership page says membership is required to complete setup | Store separately from the source’s explanation of post-trial or no-membership use |
| Premium feature set | Hearth names Hearth Helper, routines, tasks/lists, meal planning, rewards, weather, Privacy Mode and additional app features | Attribute each feature list to its product or membership page and review date |
| Software updates | The product page describes future software releases with the membership offer | Do not infer a release schedule or a feature’s availability on every plan |
Feature records should stay separate from private family records
The Features page describes different kinds of functions: shared calendars, meal planning, lists and to-dos, routines, stars and rewards, weather, Privacy Mode and the companion app. Model the named capability or entitlement, not the personal content a household might enter into it.

| Feature area | Catalog-level fields | Exclude from this guide |
|---|---|---|
| Routines and tasks | Feature name, membership association and source page | A child’s routine, completion history or personal task list |
| Meal planning | Advertised feature group and whether the product page attributes it to membership | Meal entries, dietary or household schedule details |
| Profiles and rewards | Publicly described profile/reward capability and stated limit where the source publishes one | Names, photos, rewards selected by a family or personal identifiers |
| Weather and display modes | Feature label, source-described setting and plan context | A user’s address, forecast history, home presence or display activity |
| Companion app | App relationship to the physical Display and the feature-page description | App account, message, calendar or notification contents |
Device purchases and membership plans are separate offers
The device is a one-time hardware offer while Family Membership has its own selectable duration, trial and renewal language. When representing a product page, separate a device discount or financing statement from a recurring membership amount and date each observation. Hearth’s Membership page describes a 30-day trial and automatic renewal after the trial until canceled; verify the current page before using those terms.

| Offer layer | Fields to preserve | Avoid |
|---|---|---|
| Device offer | Selected finish, displayed amount/currency, promotion wording, market and observation time | A current or stable device price copied into this guide |
| Membership plan | Monthly or multi-year interval, selected duration, billing period and plan page | Treating duration as a device variant or quoting an undated amount |
| Trial and renewal | Trial language, renewal period, cancellation terms and Terms/FAQ source | Assuming a trial is active for every buyer or every region |
| Hardware delivery | Selected delivery/shipping window and source observation time | Combining the selected window with membership billing |
Hearth’s Terms require prior written consent for automated gathering
The Terms of Service page reviewed October 4, 2026 identifies itself as last updated June 27, 2022. Section 23 says robot, spider, search/retrieval application or other manual/automatic devices may not retrieve, index, scrape, data-mine or gather Services content without express prior written consent. The same Terms address systematic download/storage and collecting user information. This is attributed source language, not a legal conclusion about any particular workflow.

| Terms topic | Published boundary | How to represent it |
|---|---|---|
| Automated retrieval | Section 23 names automated and manual retrieval/indexing of Services content | Keep the rule attached to the Terms page and its displayed update date |
| Written consent | The provision includes an express-prior-written-consent condition | Do not infer consent from public product visibility or a crawl directive |
| Systematic storage and user information | Other Rules of Conduct address stored Services content and user-information collection | Keep product catalog research separate from personal app or household records |
| Robots and contract terms | Robots directives and the posted Terms are different kinds of information | Do not state or imply that a robots file grants permission |
