Glitch Productions Store: merch by show, character and pack
Map Glitch merchandise by show, character, product type, blind-box pack, edition and pre-order status; keep region and shipping context attached.
The official store links five shows to distinct merch categories
Glitch Productions Store uses `glitchproductions.store`; its Terms of Service say Glitch Productions operates the site. The current storefront links show collections and merchandise categories, so series, character and product type should be recorded as separate relations.

| Catalog relation | Current storefront example | Keep separate |
|---|---|---|
| Show collections | The Amazing Digital Circus, Gameoverse, Knights of Guinevere, Murder Drones and The Gaslight District | Store the series/collection label independently from an item's product category. |
| Merch categories | Apparel, Collectibles, Plushes, Accessories, Posters and Pins | Preserve the store's category taxonomy; do not replace it with a generic toy category. |
| Product relationship | Murder Drones Animiniz, character plushes, Pendants and Blu-ray; The Amazing Digital Circus also has plushes, pins and books. | Link each product to its named show and character only when the product page does so. |
| Store identity | The Terms page identifies Glitch Productions as the site operator. | Use the first-party domain and operator; do not assign similarly named third-party stores. |
Blind-box pack size is not a character variant
Murder Drones Animiniz: Main Character Series Blindbox shows why a collector product needs a pack rule as well as a title. The named Pack Size choices are Single Box and Set Pack; a single box intentionally leaves the character unknown.

| Product field | Published Animiniz rule | Useful representation |
|---|---|---|
| Single Box | One random character, with a rare chance of the secret character. | Record the product/series and pack choice; do not assign a character before the box is opened. |
| Set Pack | Eight boxes, no duplicates and a guaranteed secret figure for online purchases; the secret replaces one of the other figures. | Keep box count, no-duplicate rule, online qualifier and substitution rule with this option. |
| Physical material | The product page identifies PVC (polyvinyl chloride). | Attach material to this product page, not every Animiniz or collectible. |
| Review content | The product page has its own rating and customer-review block. | Keep the review aggregate scoped to this product page and date; do not copy customer text into the catalog record. |
Blu-ray editions need tier-specific contents and language fields
The Murder Drones Blu-ray Set has three editions with cumulative extras. Model each edition as its own offer/configuration and list only the items the page assigns to that tier; a bundle's included collectible is not automatically a separately sold product.

| Edition | First-party listed contents | Other page attributes |
|---|---|---|
| The Blu-Ray Set | Complete series and bonus features, slipcase, main disc and bonus disc. | The product page lists English, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese and Russian. |
| Special Edition | Standard set contents plus a premium steelcase with slipcase, Uzi rambling and JC Jenson letter prints, and sticker pack. | Keep edition name and every bundle component attached to this tier. |
| Deluxe Edition | Special Edition contents plus a special retro collectors box, Uzi’s Railgun keychain with stickers and Worker Drone Skull diorama. | The source labels these components as a bundled edition, not separate product variants. |
| Pre-order schedule | The page labels all tiers pre-order and provides a tier- and order-cutoff-specific estimated fulfilment schedule. | Save the estimate with the edition, cutoff wording, source URL and observation date; it can change. |
Pre-order status, currency and delivery belong to the exact page snapshot
The store warns that some high-demand items are on pre-order. Its FAQ defines pre-order as not currently in stock, says page ship estimates may change, and explains that in-stock items can ship before pre-order items. Treat stock status, a forecast and a shipping event as separate fields.

| Capture field | Glitch-specific context | How to keep it accurate |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-order state | Product pages display pre-order labels and may provide edition-specific estimated fulfilment dates. | Store status and estimated ship date with the exact product/tier and observation time; do not infer from the site-wide banner. |
| Split shipment | The FAQ says in-stock products may ship first while pre-order products ship when ready. | A mixed order can produce multiple shipments; do not treat one shipment event as the order's only status. |
| Price and region | The storefront offers a country/currency selector; its header says duties are included while taxes, discounts and shipping are calculated at checkout. | Record the selected country, currency, displayed amount and observation time; shipping depends on order and destination. |
| Collection cards | Show and category labels, product type, price and pre-order/bestseller badges appear together on collection cards. | Keep badges distinct from inventory and review values; capture the linked product page for option and edition detail. |
Return rules distinguish pre-orders, shipped goods and bundles
The FAQ says a pre-order may be cancelled before it ships; the Refund & Returns page says sales are final once shipped, while retaining damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect-item exceptions and region-specific rights. Store these as separate posted policy rules with their scope.

| Policy scope | Posted store rule | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-order cancellation | The FAQ allows pre-orders to be cancelled any time before shipping. | Keep this exception attached to an unshipped pre-order. |
| After shipment | The returns page describes sales as final after shipment and gives damaged/faulty/missing/wrong-item exceptions; damage requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. | Preserve the exception and timeframe; do not summarize as an unconditional return right. |
| Discounted bundles | A discounted bundle is sold as a complete set; the full bundle must be returned for a change-of-mind return. | Do not imply that one bundle component can be kept while retaining the bundle discount. |
| European Union | The policy separately states a 14-day cooling-off period for EU deliveries, subject to its listed item-condition requirements. | Keep the destination-region qualifier with the policy. |
| Customer/order information | The FAQ and privacy policy refer to names, email, delivery addresses, order numbers and tracking. | Exclude private order details, addresses, tracking links and support correspondence from public product records. |
