Map Fashion Nova's divisions before comparing products
Fashion Nova's current FAQ, checked October 4, 2026, names Women, Nova Curve/Plus, Men, Nova Kids and Nova Beauty. It gives broad women's, Curve and men's size ranges but says not every style is available in every size. Keep the displayed division, category and item selector together; these are different product families and size models.

| Division | Officially described families | Comparison rule |
|---|---|---|
| Women | Dresses, jeans, tops, jumpsuits, swimwear and activewear; the FAQ gives broad XXS–3X / sizes 0–24+ guidance depending on item. | FAQ ranges are broad guidance, not proof that a particular item or size is offered. |
| Nova Curve / Plus | Dedicated curve/plus-size assortment; the FAQ gives a broad 1X–3X range. | Availability and fit vary by style; do not project the FAQ range onto every listing. |
| Men | Tops, jeans, shorts, hoodies and matching sets; the FAQ gives broad XS–3XL guidance. | Keep men-specific Tops and Bottoms charts separate from women's charts. |
| Nova Kids | Children's clothing | Keep age/height-based size rows and kids footwear conversions in their own chart model. |
| Nova Beauty | Cosmetics and beauty products | Treat beauty as a separate product family from clothing and footwear. |
Keep size charts specific to division and garment category
The official Size Guides page was checked October 4, 2026; it presents Women, Men and Kids as separate views. Women has four chart families; Men has Tops and Bottoms; Kids has Clothing and Shoes + Boots. Applicable charts include inch/cm controls and regional conversions. The FAQ says sizing varies by garment type and gives broad fit guidance; keep that separate from the chart values and item-specific fit details.

| Chart | Source dimensions | Keep separate from |
|---|---|---|
| Women: Tops + Dresses | Size label with bust, waist and hips; US/CAN and regional conversion tables | Bottoms, swim/lingerie and footwear charts. |
| Women: Bottoms + Skirts | Size label with waist and hips; US/CAN and regional conversions | Tops/dresses chart labels and item-level fit options. |
| Women: Swimwear + Lingerie | Bust, waist, hips and cup-size labels | General tops chart and shoe-size conversion. |
| Women: Shoes + Boots | US/CAN, UK, EU and AUS size conversions | Clothing alpha, numeric or plus-size labels. |
| Men: Tops and Bottoms | Tops use top/chest fields; bottoms show waist, seat/low and inseam | Women's or kids' size rows. |
| Kids: Clothing and Shoes + Boots | Clothing table includes US size, age, height, weight and body measurements; footwear uses shoe-size conversions | Adult size charts and footwear labels. |
| FAQ fit guidance | The current FAQ says sizing varies by garment type, most items are designed to fit true to size with a body-hugging fit, and shoppers preferring a more relaxed fit may consider sizing up. | This is broad retailer guidance, not a fit claim or recommendation for an exact style or selected option. |
Super High Waist Denim Skinnies: a dated item-level example
Last detailed item observation: September 29, 2026. The official indexed page returned October 4 says it was crawled about three weeks earlier and shows a regional AUD presentation, so these fields are an older, localized example, not a current live option or a U.S.-priced offer. The observation showed black color, a Regular fit selector, item-specific numeric and plus-size choices, inseam options, rise and composition. Do not copy its price, compare-at amount, review count or availability.

| Page location or field | Observed listing detail | Record treatment |
|---|---|---|
| Selected options | Black color; the page showed Regular selected under Fit, plus numeric and 1X–3X size choices; the observation did not establish a selected size. | These are the September 29, 2026 observation; do not treat them as a current selector or infer availability now. |
| Inseam and rise | Petite 27-inch, Regular 31-inch and Tall 34-inch inseams; 11.5-inch rise | Retain these as this listing's exact product details, with the observation date. |
| Fabric composition | 68% cotton, 30% polyester, 2% spandex | Attribute the composition to this exact listing. |
| Stretch label near product heading | Medium Stretch | The old indexed Product Details text says High Stretch, conflicting with the Medium Stretch page labels; preserve location and date. |
| Stretch label in Product Details | High Stretch | This conflicts with the heading label in the September 29, 2026 observation; keep both and do not resolve the discrepancy. |
| Stretch label in the later product section | Medium Stretch appears again after the AI-generated customer-feedback summary. | The same old indexed page therefore showed Medium Stretch in two locations and High Stretch in Product Details; leave the source conflict unresolved and exclude the AI summary itself. |
Keep item identity, options and category facets on the correct record
The Women collection checked October 4, 2026 displays Category, Size, Colors, Occasion, Fabric, Top Style and Bottom Style facets. This is a changing collection-level example: a facet or option shown there is not guaranteed on every product or division. Keep the selected product option and item facts separate from collection filters.

| Record | Fields to retain when displayed | Comparison rule |
|---|---|---|
| Product listing | Title, division, category, source URL and item/style identifier if displayed | Keep the listing separate from its broader category or collection. |
| Product option | Exact size, fit, color, wash and selected option values | Do not merge alpha, numeric, plus or combined size labels into one size system. |
| Item detail | Rise, inseam, construction, fabric composition and fit/stretch labels when stated | A displayed value belongs to that product; preserve conflicting values with their page location. |
| Collection facet | Category, color, fabric, occasion, top style or bottom style if shown | A Women collection facet is not guaranteed on every division or product. |
Keep market-specific offer and return context separate from item facts
Fashion Nova's Terms say product specifications, prices and availability may change without notice. The official .com FAQ checked October 4, 2026 says returns generally begin within 30 days of delivery; eligible items must retain tags and be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, and approved returns are store-credit e-gift cards in USD. It says direct exchanges are not processed and international gift-card value converts at checkout. Keep these FAQ details dated and separate from the product specification; this page does not imply commercial collection or reuse rights.

| Observation | Keep with it | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Price or compare-at value | Exact selected option, amount, currency, locale and observation time | Do not present live prices, discounts or compare-at labels as stable facts. |
| Promotion | Exact wording, eligibility and market when provided by the source | Omit current promo codes, thresholds and sale badges from evergreen copy. |
| Availability | Displayed item state and observation time | Do not infer inventory quantities or future availability. |
| Return policy (current .com FAQ, checked October 4, 2026) | FAQ guidance: 30 days from delivery; eligible items have original tags attached and are unworn, unwashed and in original condition; approved returns are store-credit e-gift cards in USD, with direct exchanges unavailable. | The FAQ also says holiday windows can extend and international gift-card value converts at checkout; do not generalize this wording to every localized storefront or treat it as item-specific eligibility. |
Keep reviews, customer data and account activity out of catalog fields
