Falabella Chile product data: sellers, offers and delivery
A Chile-specific guide to Falabella.com offers: seller identity, variants, local price and delivery context, access terms, and Seller Center API limits.
Scope this guide to Falabella Chile
This record covers the Chile storefront at falabella.com/falabella-cl. The Chile Terms page says its scope includes browsing and price comparison (§1), while its copying and content-use language appears separately in §§2 and 22; the page displays a March 31, 2022 version date. Those terms do not specifically label scrapers or crawlers, and crawl directives do not grant a right to reuse listings. Peru and Colombia have distinct country storefronts, terms, prices and currency context, so they are outside this record.

| Scope field | Keep with the record | Comparison rule |
|---|---|---|
| Country storefront | Chile site path /falabella-cl and the page URL | Do not combine the same brand name across country domains as one market. |
| Consumer locale | The displayed country context and currency label | Record CLP only when the Chile listing context confirms it; do not infer Chile from a bare dollar symbol. |
| Source date | Observation time and source URL for any time-sensitive field | Treat product, price, delivery and promotion details as dated observations, not evergreen facts. |
Treat each listing as a marketplace offer with a named seller
Falabella's Chile Terms §3 describes Falabella.com as a marketplace operated by Falabella.com SpA, with products and services offered by sellers. The product detail identifies the seller and states whether the seller or product is in Chile or abroad. Keep those roles distinct when comparing a listing.

| Record layer | Preserve when displayed | Do not infer |
|---|---|---|
| Platform operator | Falabella.com SpA as the marketplace operator | Do not use the platform name as the seller for every offer. |
| Seller | Exact displayed seller label, seller-product relationship, and Chile/foreign location when shown | Do not merge offers from different sellers under one product row. |
| Related seller | If relevant, retain the exact named seller; the Terms list related companies including Falabella Retail, Tottus and Sodimac | Related-company status does not make the seller and platform operator interchangeable. |
| Fulfillment | Delivery party only when the listing or order context states it separately | A Vendido por or Por label identifies seller context, not necessarily who fulfills the order. |
Keep product identifiers and category variants together
Falabella's Chile category pages expose different facets by product type. Compare electronics with electronics and apparel with apparel, keeping the seller and selected option attached to the product record. A field shown in one category is not guaranteed on every listing.

| Example | Fields to retain when present | Comparison note |
|---|---|---|
| Celulares y Teléfonos | Category, brand, model, capacity, RAM, generation, processor, SIM and fast-charge facets | Compare the same device model and capacity; keep any selected plan or option separate from the device where the listing presents it separately. |
| Moda Mujer | Category, brand, garment size, type, color, material and seller label | Size and color options can identify distinct variants; preserve the selected option rather than collapsing the family. |
| Product and seller identifiers | Public product ID or SKU only where actually shown; Seller Center ProductId (EAN/UPC/ISBN if present), SellerSku (seller ID) and ShopSku (store ID) in the authorized API. | Keep API identifiers with their documented seller/store scopes; do not assume they are exposed in consumer HTML or use them to merge distinct seller offers. |
| Seller offer | Exact seller attached to the product and selected variant | Two sellers offering a similar title remain separate offers with separate price and delivery context. |
Compare price, payment and delivery in Chile context
Falabella's Chile Terms §§6, 8, 15, 19 and 20 distinguish the product price from additional order costs and describe payment-linked conditions. Keep each observation attached to the Chile locale, selected option, seller and delivery context; avoid carrying temporary amounts or offers into an evergreen guide.

| Observation | Capture if shown | Chile comparison rule |
|---|---|---|
| Product price | Displayed amount, currency label, reference price if shown, selected option, seller, source URL and observation time | Terms §19 says displayed prices include taxes and exclude transport, handling, shipping and installation unless expressly included; additional charges are shown in the cart. |
| Payment offer | Payment method, installment or CMR/points wording, eligibility and observation time | Terms §§15 and 20 note that payment methods and promotions may be conditional and can vary by product or delivery selection. |
| Delivery or pickup | Envío a domicilio (home delivery) or Retiro en un punto (pickup), selected destination/point, shown charge and estimate | Terms §8 says delivery can be handled by Falabella.com, sellers or third parties; shipment and charges can depend on product location and selected method. |
| Order context | Item amount, discount, delivery charge, other applicable cost and payment method as separately labeled | Do not infer exact inventory from availability wording or turn an order total into the product's unit price. |
Separate public pages, crawl directives and authorized seller APIs
The Chile Terms page shows a version date of March 31, 2022. §2 limits use of the site software and applications. §22 reserves rights and states that products, images and sounds may not be reproduced, copied, sold, resold, visited, or exploited without prior written consent. The text does not specifically name crawlers, so this page does not characterize it as a crawler-specific rule. Falabella robots.txt has an empty Disallow under one User-agent: * group and later lists /cgi-bin/, /falabella-cl/basket*, /falabella-cl/myaccount*, /falabella-cl/checkout* and /falabella-cl/orders* under another User-agent: * group. Preserve the published directives without treating crawl guidance as content-reuse permission.

| Source | What it documents | Boundary for this reference |
|---|---|---|
| Chile Terms §§1, 2, 22 | Browsing and price comparison are named in §1; §2 limits use of site software and apps; §22 addresses reproduction and exploitation of products, images, and sounds, including prior written consent. | Attribute the displayed March 31, 2022 version date. Do not infer a crawler-specific permission or prohibition. |
| Chile robots.txt | The current file has one User-agent: * group with an empty Disallow, then another group listing /cgi-bin/, /falabella-cl/basket*, /falabella-cl/myaccount*, /falabella-cl/checkout* and /falabella-cl/orders* as disallowed paths, plus Chile storefront sitemap entries. | Report the literal directives without resolving repeated User-agent groups into permission. Robots describes crawl routing; it does not establish a content-reuse license or override the Terms. |
| Seller Center API | GetProducts documentation labels SellerSku as the seller identifier, ShopSku as the store identifier, and ProductId as EAN/UPC/ISBN when present; its request example uses UserID and Signature. | These fields belong to Seller Center product operations; do not present them as public-page identifiers or an open consumer catalog/search feed, or as proof of access to competitors’ offers. |
| Personal information | Falabella publishes separate privacy information for personal-data processing. | This product-data guide excludes shopper accounts, checkout, payment details and other personal data. |
