Fahlo product data: bracelets, plush and tracking
Separate Fahlo's product styles, variants, conservation partners and animal-tracking context while reviewing the site's terms on copying and automated access.
Read Fahlo's site-use boundary first
Fahlo's Terms of Service, checked October 4, 2026, show no visible update or effective date in the retrieved text. Section 2 restricts copying or exploiting the Service or site access without express written permission; Section 12 lists spidering, crawling and scraping among prohibited uses. This is a summary of the posted terms, not a legal determination.

| Terms section | Posted wording in brief | Page boundary |
|---|---|---|
| §2 — General Conditions | Restricts reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling or exploiting parts of the Service, its use or access, or a site contact without Fahlo's express written permission. | Link the live Terms and summarize only the published wording. |
| §12 — Prohibited Uses | Lists spidering, crawling and scraping among prohibited uses; also addresses collecting or tracking personal information and circumventing security features. | Summarize the restriction and point readers to the live Terms. |
| Public product pages | A page being visible does not establish authorization to collect or reuse its content. | This page summarizes posted terms without deciding how they apply to a project. |
Separate the physical product from the tracking experience
Fahlo's current store navigation presents animal-tracking bracelets and plushes as distinct product families. Product identity, a selectable design, a conservation mission and the app's animal-tracking experience are related concepts, but they are different records. Some bracelet pages describe an interactive map connected to a conservation partner; do not assume every product or sales channel has identical packaging or activation.

| Record concept | Keep distinct | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Physical product | Product family, exact item name and source URL for a bracelet or tracking plush. | The retail item is not an app account, activation code or animal's movement history. |
| Selectable design | Fahlo's item-specific color or design label and any stated size or material context. | A variant is not a different species, conservation mission or animal identity. |
| Tracking experience | The source-stated relation between an item, animal experience and named partner. | Do not treat a product or purchase as evidence of an exclusive animal assignment. |
| Activation token | The current FAQ says a redeemed Tracking Card QR is single-use and linked to one account. | Never reproduce, request or publish QR values, account identifiers or redemption data. |
Model species, mission and conservation partner as linked records
A product page can connect a retail item with a species or animal group and a nonprofit partner. Keep each relationship attributed to the exact item page. The FAQ currently says Fahlo tries to avoid duplicate animals within one purchase, but other customers may share an animal, so neither purchase nor product design establishes an exclusive animal assignment.

| Example or relation | Source-specific context | How to keep the records separate |
|---|---|---|
| The Lounge Bracelet and koala mission | Fahlo's page associates its koala bracelet with San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance through its Australian Forest Conservation Hub. | Link the product, animal group, partner and named program; do not copy an individual animal route. |
| The Charge Bracelet and rhino mission | Fahlo's page associates its rhino bracelet with the conservation partner Saving the Survivors. | Keep the partner relation attached to this product and mission context. |
| Animal assignment | Fahlo's FAQ says it tries to avoid duplicates within one purchase and notes that other customers may share an animal. | Do not infer one unique animal per bracelet, color, QR code or purchaser; keep the FAQ's duplicate and shared-animal qualifications together. |
| Partner and campaign statement | A product page may include a mission or contribution statement tied to a named partner. | Keep any statement item- and campaign-scoped with its source date; do not generalize it to all products. |
Keep tracking method and location timing product-specific
The Lounge Bracelet and Charge Bracelet product pages were rechecked October 4, 2026 and identify different tracking methods for different missions. Their Protection Ping description says an animal's path may be live, delayed or historical under nonprofit-partner safety protocols. Explain that qualification without promising continuous live telemetry or publishing a location trail.

| Source detail | Product-scoped example | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Tracking method | The Lounge Bracelet page says koalas are tracked via a VHF collar; The Charge Bracelet page says rhinos are tracked via a GPS collar. | One method cannot be generalized to every species, partner or Fahlo product. |
| Protection Ping | Fahlo describes map paths as potentially live, delayed or historical to follow partner safety protocols. | Do not claim all displayed locations are live, equally precise or updated on a fixed schedule. |
| Wildlife location data | The public product explanation concerns a safety-qualified animal-tracking experience. | Exclude individual coordinates, current routes, time-specific path history and inferred den or habitat locations. |
| Product availability | Store availability is a retail state separate from the presence or freshness of an animal path. | A sold-out item does not describe a tracking method or animal-location status. |
Distinguish retail variants and channel packaging
Bracelets and tracking plushes are separate product families. Preserve Fahlo's design and color labels and attach any material, size or included-component statement to the exact product and channel that states it. As checked October 4, 2026, Fahlo's FAQ says online bracelet orders include a Tracking Card; tracking plush and in-store bracelet purchases do not currently include one, while early-access/preorder packaging may vary. Recheck this changeable detail before describing it as current.

| Retail detail | Conditional product context | Comparison boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Bracelet variant | The product family and source-displayed design/color option; product pages may vary by style. | Keep Fahlo's label and item URL; do not carry current option lists, price or stock into evergreen copy. |
| Plush product | A separate tracking-plush family with its own product identity and source-stated details. | Do not inherit bracelet sizing, materials, partner or QR-card packaging. |
| Size and materials | Use only a product- or color-specific statement and preserve its source scope. | Do not turn FAQ-level general wording into a precise claim for every variant. |
| Card and activation packaging | As of the October 4, 2026 FAQ check, online bracelet orders include a Tracking Card; tracking plush and in-store bracelet purchases do not currently include one, and early-access/preorder packaging may vary. | Keep the inclusion date-, product- and channel-specific; never infer future packaging or expose a QR value. |
Separate permitted product facts from private tracking data
Any field guidance applies only to product information Fahlo expressly permits or supplies under an appropriate license. Do not use public visibility as a permission signal. Keep retail product facts and source provenance separate from app and account data, and do not turn changing commercial or donation copy into evergreen facts.

| Information type | Safe record boundary | Exclude from this guide |
|---|---|---|
| Licensed or supplied product facts | Product identity, source-stated variant and attributed mission/partner relation, with source and date. | Limit the record to its permitted source; keep app and animal records separate. |
| Changing offer or campaign | If authorized information includes an offer or contribution statement, retain its product, market, time and stated scope. | No live prices, stock, discount thresholds, donation rates/totals or expired campaign details. |
| Customer and app data | No account, redemption, device, app activity, review or purchaser-linked records. | No personal information, customer history, QR activation tokens or user-linked animal history. |
| Individual wildlife paths | At most, retain the general Protection Ping qualification stated by Fahlo. | No coordinates, path maps, current locations or reconstructed movement trails. |
