Ever-Pretty US dress data: variants, sizing and terms
Reference Ever-Pretty US dress variants, body versus garment measurements, item-level order flags, returns and current U.S. terms.
The current US Terms set an access boundary
The Ever-Pretty US Terms of Service page was reviewed October 4, 2026 and displays no revision or last-updated date. Section 2 addresses reproducing, copying, selling, reselling or exploiting the Service, its use or access without express written permission; Section 12 separately lists spidering, crawling and scraping among prohibited uses. These clauses do not establish authorization to collect this source. This is a summary of the posted US text, not legal advice. The official robots.txt endpoint could not be retrieved, so its directives remain unverified.

| Terms section | What the posted US text says | Scope of this reference |
|---|---|---|
| US Terms of Service §2 · reviewed October 4, 2026; no revision date displayed | Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling or exploiting a portion of the Service, its use or access requires express written permission. | Summarize this clause as written and keep it distinct from §12; do not present it as permission for automated collection. |
| US Terms of Service §12 · reviewed October 4, 2026 | Lists “spider, crawl, or scrape” among prohibited uses, alongside other restrictions. | Do not infer that §2 creates an exception to §12 or that public product pages authorize collection. |
| US robots.txt · attempted October 4, 2026 | The official endpoint returned a retrieval error during this review. | The robots directives remain unverified; the failed request does not show which paths the file allows or disallows. |
Ever-Pretty US dresses follow an occasion-led catalog
The US storefront organizes formalwear around occasions such as bridesmaid, wedding guest, mother-of-the-bride or groom, formal/evening, prom, wedding, flower girl, cocktail and party, with accessories also linked. Dress navigation and filters include color, size, fabric, silhouette, neckline, length and sleeve or strap style. Keep each occasion and style label with the exact cited product or variant; a listing label alone does not establish fit.

| Catalog context | US storefront organization | Comparison boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Occasion and department | Bridesmaid, wedding guest, mother, formal/evening, prom, wedding, flower girl, cocktail and party dresses, plus accessories. | Keep the source's occasion label with each style; do not infer a best-seller or popularity rank. |
| Style filters | Color, size, fabric, silhouette, neckline, length and sleeve/strap style. | A shared color or filter value does not make two styles or size charts identical. |
| Use of this reference | Describe the source's public occasion and style labels, plus exact product/variant distinctions when a cited page displays them. | Tie fit statements to the selected style’s own measurements and cited size chart. |
Keep dress style fields separate from color and size variants
A dress reference needs a style identity and a selected variant. Keep style-level construction details separate from the exact color, size and SKU shown for an option, and attach all volatile observations to their source and check date.

| Record layer | Fields to distinguish | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Style or product | Product title; style code; canonical product URL; occasion; silhouette; neckline; length; sleeve/strap style; fabric; stretch; closure; lining/padding; care. | Keep construction claims tied to the exact style page. |
| Selected variant | Selected color label; displayed size system and size; SKU or option identifier exactly as labeled; the corresponding variant selection. | Preserve the US label and its selected color/size context. Do not assume a style code or a SKU applies to every option. |
| Dated observation | Currency and displayed price if needed; visible availability; explicit ready-to-ship, preorder, made-to-order or custom-size label. | Price, promotion and stock are volatile. Keep each selection/order label separate and use unknown when the exact US listing does not state it. |
Separate body-size charts from actual garment measurements
The US FAQ says sizes displayed on the US site are US sizes while garments carry AU/UK labels as well, and that each product has its own size chart. Do not convert labels or treat matching numerals across regions and styles as equivalent. The body chart describes the wearer; an actual-dress table describes the garment itself.

| Evidence type | What the table measures | Fields to retain |
|---|---|---|
| body_measurement_chart | The body's measurements that Ever-Pretty maps to a selected dress size. | Original table label; measurement names and units; US size system; style, size and source URL. Keep the body's reference separate from garment dimensions. |
| garment_measurement_chart | Measurements of the exact dress rather than the body. | Original table label; measured garment points and units; exact style/SKU and source URL. |
| ever MONICA · SKU EP09890DR04 · observed October 4, 2026 | The listing exposes separate “Find Your Size” and “Actual Dress Measurements” tables. It describes a floor-length chiffon dress with short flutter sleeves, concealed back zipper, lining without padding and no fabric stretch. | The listing says garment measurements are manually taken and may vary by 1–2 cm; dress length is measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem. This is dated listing context, not a size recommendation or general fit rule. |
Separate order mode, regular returns and Home Try-On
Ready-to-ship, preorder, made-to-order, custom-size and Home Try-On status are separate item-level facts. Record a state only when the exact current US product page or applicable program explicitly identifies it; otherwise use unknown. Made-to-order does not by itself mean custom measurements, and Home Try-On follows a separate eligibility and return path.

| Field or policy | Current US source wording | Record boundary |
|---|---|---|
| order_mode | ready_to_ship, preorder, made_to_order or custom_size only when the exact current product page explicitly labels that item. | Keep custom-size separate from made-to-order; use unknown if the selected item has no explicit label. Pair an item-specific production window with its exact source, US market and observation date. |
| Home Try-On · US program checked October 4, 2026 | Selected US styles only; preorders and final-sale items are excluded. The program allows 1–3 eligible dresses, a 7-day try-on period from delivery, a possible extension up to 48 hours during the last 24 hours, and a separate 3-day ship-back window after return selection. Home Try-On orders do not support exchanges. | Treat eligibility as a dated exact-listing flag. Keep its program window separate from the regular return policy; omit account, payment authorization, order and portal data. |
| ever MONICA selection labels · viewed October 4, 2026 | The current listing view displays both “FINAL SALE” and “Preorder · Estimated delivery -” for the shown option. | Keep labels as separate, volatile observations attached to the selected option; verify color/size context and do not infer storewide precedence or merge them into one status. |
| US returns and exchanges · policy checked October 4, 2026 | Requests must be made and items shipped within 30 days of receipt, subject to condition requirements; final-sale items marked as such at checkout are ineligible. | Use the current US policy link and check date. Preserve a product-page exception only for that exact selection; do not generalize one label to all dresses. |
| US shipping · policy checked October 4, 2026 | The page describes domestic methods, a 3–10-business-day AirMail estimate, and dispatch within 48 hours except for made-to-order dresses; it warns delivery may be affected by external events. | Keep shipping method/estimate and market with the dated order observation; do not freeze rates or promise a delivery date. |
Qualify each record with its source, market and check date
Use provenance to distinguish a US storefront observation from product construction, size evidence or policy context. Preserve original labels and units, record the October 4, 2026 check date for sources reopened in this review, and use unknown rather than filling a field from another style or region.

| Source layer | Evidence to keep | Interpretation limit |
|---|---|---|
| US storefront and exact style page | Source URL; title and style code; source field; observed value; color/size variant; unit and market; check date. | Attribute fabric, stretch, fit construction or garment measurements to the exact product page. |
| Size chart or measurement guide | Original table name; body versus garment chart; size system; measurement names; units; style/SKU; source URL and date. | Do not merge body measurements with dress measurements or convert numerals across market and style. |
| Current return or shipping policy | Exact US policy URL; stated rule; market; check date; item-specific exception only when explicitly verified. | Keep return and fulfillment context separate from the dress's construction and selected variant. |
