The U.S.-linked Anker Terms of Use was last updated July 15, 2026. Its text says Anker’s Services include eufy.com and associated eufy apps and devices, while the contracting entity can depend on a user’s location and service context. Section 8.2(2) prohibits systematic or automated data collection on or in relation to those Services—including scraping, data mining, data extraction, data harvesting and automated bulk purchasing—without express prior written consent. Section 6 grants a personal-use license and separately restricts republishing, public display, commercial copying or exploitation, editing and redistribution except for content expressly made available for redistribution. These are separate terms scopes; the collection clause is not a content-reuse license. This page is an informational product-data reference and does not establish collection permission.

Choose product fields by eufy family

The current eufy U.S. catalog groups retail products across Security, Clean, Baby and Pet, alongside SmartTrack, alarm and delivery-box products. Each family has different device and package fields. The Anker Privacy Notice, last updated January 30, 2026, describes personal and device-generated records—keep those outside a public product-catalog description.

Security devicesDevice family and model/part number; role such as camera, doorbell, floodlight, hub, sensor, lock or light; source-stated resolution or detection feature; power/network mode; storage location; named hub, chime or voice-assistant compatibility.Preserve each specification and compatibility statement with its exact model and official source.
Robot vacuumsModel/series; vacuum, mop or combination; named mop mechanism; stated suction; navigation/obstacle features; station functions; tank/bag capacities; dimensions and connectivity where published. The U.S. E25 listing names a HydroJet rolling mop, 20,000 Pa suction, DuoSpiral brushes and CornerRover arm. The E25/E28 comparison marks a portable deep cleaner for E28, not E25. Keep each fact attached to the exact listing/model.
Baby, Pet, scales and packagesRetail device model, named package contents and published device specifications only. The Privacy Notice covers data such as home/floorplan information, images/video, infant monitoring and smart-sock measurements, security logs/biometrics, and scale profiles/health metrics. These household, account and device records are not catalog fields.

Separate device identity from the storefront package

A storefront route, device part number and bundled package describe different things. Preserve the market and package contents with the listing so regional offers and multi-device kits are not mistaken for different hardware models or worldwide availability.

Identifier layerExample or fieldsComparison rule
Device identityProduct-family/name plus the manufacturer’s model or part number. The E340 user guide labels the device T8214; retain that part number as device identity.
U.S. storefront routeThe U.S. Video Doorbell E340 listing is reached at `/products/t8214111`.Keep the exact listing route/identifier separate from the T8214 device part number.
Package or kitStandalone unit or the exact multi-device count, hub, storage drive, chime or add-on named in that listing.Compare package contents separately from the device model; do not infer worldwide availability.
Observation provenanceExact product/support URL, market/locale and check date.Keep source evidence with each claim; leave unlisted fields unknown.

Treat compatibility as a dated, feature-specific relation

Compatibility is a relation between exact device/part numbers, a named hub or accessory and a feature. The E340 U.S. listing/support materials and HomeBase 3 support matrix were checked against their official pages on October 4, 2026. Keep each source’s market, feature column, firmware condition, status and check date; a family name alone cannot establish support.

Relationship exampleOfficial evidence describesRecord the distinction
Video Doorbell E340 · T8214The listing says the E340 can work standalone or with HomeBase S280/S380 and names an existing mechanical chime, Minibase Chime T8023, Alexa and Google Assistant. It excludes T8020 and T8740/T8742 chimes.Keep the standalone state, optional hub/chime relationships and each exclusion as separate model-specific claims.
HomeBase S380 firmware conditionThe E340 listing says HomeBase S380 compatibility requires firmware V3.3.2.6 or above; the E340 user guide also describes optional HomeBase 2 or S380 use.Retain the firmware condition with the product page and do not turn it into a universal current-version assertion.
HomeBase 3 · T8214The eufy EU compatibility matrix lists T8214 as Compatible in both the storage column and the BionicMind/modes/automation column.Keep the matrix region/path, feature dimension, status and source date; do not flatten all devices/features into one yes/no field.

Use product listings, compatibility tables and manuals for different questions

Product listings describe features for one model and market; compatibility tables answer named device-pairing questions; manuals and support articles explain device-specific support/version paths. Keep those evidence types separate and leave unlisted fields unknown.
