BURGA product data: phone model, case type and magnetic fit
Compare BURGA Snap, Tough and Elite cases by phone model, materials, magnetic options, warranty and catalog caveats.
BURGA sells a broad accessory catalog, with phone cases at its center.
The official help center groups phone cases alongside chargers, device protectors, drinkware, eyewear, notebooks, watch bands, luggage covers and laptop protection. BURGA's Terms identify UAB Hautica as the company behind the store. Its phone-case support article says those cases are designed, assembled and crafted in Lithuania under BURGA quality control; that statement is specific to the phone-case range.

| Catalog area | Useful source-specific fields | Keep in scope |
|---|---|---|
| Phone cases | Design/style, exact phone model, Snap/Tough/Elite construction, selected magnetic option. | Fit depends on the device's dimensions, buttons and camera openings. |
| Connected accessories | Device model, accessory type, color and stated charging/attachment compatibility. | Do not infer compatibility from matching artwork or a shared collection. |
| Other catalog groups | Watch bands, drinkware, eyewear, notebooks, luggage and laptop protection each need category-specific attributes. | A phone-case material or warranty term does not apply across the store. |
A case record needs the exact phone model as well as the design name.
BURGA says cases are designed around one phone model’s dimensions, button placements and camera openings. A design name such as “Magnetic” does not determine the device fit or which case type is selected; the product page presents a separate case-type control. Preserve the phone model, design and selected case option as separate fields.

| Identity field | Example from the official listing | Why it must remain separate |
|---|---|---|
| Artwork/style | Focus On | A design can appear on multiple phone-model pages. |
| Device model | iPhone 15 Pro Max | Camera cutouts and button placement are model-specific; another iPhone generation is not an assumed fit. |
| Case construction | The product page presents a separate case-type selector; the product title does not establish which option is selected. | Keep case family and magnetic attachment as separate selected-option attributes. |
| Offer state, when captured | A product page can display a changing order state separately from its design, device model and case option. | If retained, keep it as time-bound offer context; do not treat it as compatibility or a shipment guarantee. |
Snap, Tough and Elite describe different case constructions.
The current support article distinguishes a one-piece hard-plastic shell from a layered TPU-and-polycarbonate design. It identifies Puffer and Mirror as designs using an Elite base, but does not provide a universal material list for every Elite listing. Keep the family names, stated materials and selected model together rather than reducing them to one generic phone-cover field.

| BURGA case name | Source-described construction | Useful comparison field |
|---|---|---|
| Snap | Hard polycarbonate shell; the support guide describes a slim, one-piece case with a raised camera edge. | Shell material and explicitly limited screen/camera coverage. |
| Tough | Inner TPU layer paired with a hard polycarbonate exterior shell. | Layer count, interior/exterior material and selected model. |
| Elite | The support article identifies an Elite base for named Puffer and Mirror designs; it does not give a complete material specification for every Elite case. | Do not generalize Puffer/Mirror material details to every Elite listing. |
| Puffer and Mirror designs | Puffer uses an Elite base of TPU, TPE and PC plus a TPU patch; Mirror uses an Elite base with a PC mirror plate. | Attach any special layer or finish to the named design and its exact product page. |
MagSafe attachment and wireless charging are different compatibility fields.
BURGA’s current support article says Elite and Tough cases have both MagSafe-compatible and non-compatible options, while Snap is not MagSafe-compatible. Its phone-model statement scopes MagSafe support to Apple devices and some Samsung Galaxy models that support it. A separate Puffer article says the padded build does not work effectively with MagSafe charging but works with most wireless chargers. Record the exact selected case option; wireless charging alone does not establish magnetic attachment.

| Case option or source statement | Published compatibility detail | Record treatment |
|---|---|---|
| Elite and Tough | The support guide says each can have MagSafe and non-MagSafe options. | Capture the selected option label; do not infer magnets from the Elite or Tough name alone. |
| Snap | The support guide says Snap cases are not MagSafe-compatible. | Keep magnetic attachment false for the described Snap option unless a source update changes it. |
| Puffer | BURGA says the padded design is not compatible with MagSafe charging but works with most wireless chargers. | Keep MagSafe attachment and wireless-charging compatibility in separate fields. |
| Product-page case selector | The Magnetic—iPhone 12 page has a separate “Select case type” control; the product title alone does not identify the selected type. | Record the exact selected label where the product page exposes it; do not infer MagSafe status from design name or phone model. |
Warranty time depends on the case line and other product categories.
BURGA's commercial warranty table lists different periods even within phone cases. It says Tough and Elite cases have one year of coverage and Snap cases six months. The company asks for a clear photo or video with a claim and describes replacement as the commercial-warranty remedy; statutory consumer rights remain separate.

| Product line | Published commercial warranty | Scope note |
|---|---|---|
| Tough and Elite phone cases | One year | The posted commercial terms apply to manufacturing/workmanship defects and specify exclusions. |
| Snap phone cases | Six months | Do not extend the Tough/Elite period to Snap. |
| Other BURGA products | The table varies by type, including six months for MacBook cases and one year for watch bands and drinkware. | Use the named category row rather than claiming a universal one-year warranty. |
| Commercial warranty remedy | A confirmed claim may be replaced with the same model and style; the Terms say a refund is not the commercial-warranty remedy. | Keep commercial warranty separate from statutory rights and do not promise the same remedy in every jurisdiction. |
Example: keep one phone-case option attached to its device and design.
Device and design fields come from the Magnetic—iPhone 12 listing reviewed October 3, 2026. The editorial example leaves case type unset: the page has a separate selector, and the selected type cannot be inferred from its device or design title.

}Return and review data needs purchase context.
The posted return policy says to contact BURGA within 30 days of receipt. Personalized products are not exchangeable or refundable except for manufacturer defects; eyewear has a free-return exception when support is contacted within 30 days. For non-defective returns the customer pays shipping, while BURGA covers shipping for defective or wrong items. Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging. Keep these posted policy details tied to the purchase and policy context rather than making a universal cross-market promise.

| Data type | Source context | Keep distinct from catalog fields |
|---|---|---|
| Return eligibility | Contact BURGA within 30 days of receipt. Personalized items are excluded except for manufacturer defects; eyewear has a free-return exception within the stated 30-day contact window. | Keep category, defect status, timing and posted return policy together; do not infer eligibility from case type alone. |
| Warranty claim | A claim requests evidence such as a photo/video and may require the original order. | Order number and claimant identity are transaction data, not public product attributes. |
| Customer reviews | BURGA's Terms describe collection and use of submitted feedback. | Do not reproduce review text or associate a customer's name/order details with a normalized item. |
| Return shipping and condition | For non-defective returns the customer pays shipping; BURGA covers shipping for defective or wrong items. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. | Attribute to the posted policy; it is not a promise that all regions have identical terms. |
