Anker SOLIX product data: power station capacity and system configuration
Compare Anker SOLIX power stations by model, capacity, continuous and surge output, solar input, battery compatibility, configuration and market.
Identify the station, generation, component and selected package
Anker SOLIX U.S. listings put generation-labelled stations, expansion batteries, panels and home kits in shared product flows. On 2026-10-03 the C1000 Gen 2 page also exposed an earlier “C1000 + Expansion Battery” option. Keep the selected option's exact model separate from the page's hero product; record its model, components, quantities, market and URL.

| Record type | Anker SOLIX example | Identity to preserve |
|---|---|---|
| C1000 Gen 2 station | 1,024Wh; 2,000W output and 3,000W peak; no expansion feature. | Exact generation, model number when listed, market and source URL. |
| Earlier C1000 + battery | Earlier C1000 is 1,056Wh / 1,800W and pairs with BP1000; the battery page says BP1000 is not compatible with Gen 2. | C1000 generation, BP1000 model/count and host compatibility. Do not label this a Gen 2 bundle. |
| F3800 family | F3800 and F3800 Plus both list 3,840Wh base capacity but have different solar-input limits and different feature sets. | Exact base/Plus model and selected option, not only the family name. |
| Bundle or system | A station may be selected with BP3800, solar panels, a Home Power Panel, Double Power Hub, transfer switch or another station. | Every component model/count, connection device and source-stated configuration. |
Separate stored energy from continuous and surge output
Capacity in Wh describes stored energy. AC output in W is separate, and a peak or surge figure is not a continuous rating. Keep each model's voltage, outlet and operating mode beside its stated rating. The F3800 Plus listing gives a generator-bypass value separately from its outlet-specific AC-output specs; do not collapse those labels into one unqualified continuous-output number or infer runtime from capacity.

| Model | Capacity and AC output stated by Anker | Boundary to preserve |
|---|---|---|
| C1000 Gen 2 · U.S. listing reviewed 2026-10-03 | 1,024Wh; 2,000W continuous; 3,000W peak | Gen 2 has no expansion feature; the earlier C1000 has different capacity and output. |
| Earlier C1000 | 1,056Wh; 1,800W output; 3,000W peak | The comparison is generation-specific; BP1000 belongs to the earlier C1000 family. |
| F3800 | 3,840Wh; 6,000W continuous; 9,000W surge; 120V/240V | One base station's ratings; two-station/system totals are separate. |
| F3800 Plus | 3,840Wh; comparison table: 6,000W via generator bypass. Tech specs separately list 2,400W max for 120V AC output and 6,000W max for the NEMA L14-30R output. Preserve each output port and mode label. | Do not restate the comparison-table value as unqualified continuous output or copy F3800's 9,000W surge rating to Plus; the source provides no separate Plus surge figure in that comparison. |
Track solar input by model, port and firmware
A total solar-input rating is not a per-port electrical limit. Preserve connector, port count, voltage window, current maximum, per-port watts and aggregate watts. The base F3800's official comparison table ties voltage/current ranges to firmware conditions; leave unlisted firmware versions unresolved and use the exact linked source before interpreting a configuration.

| Station and input | Official U.S. listing | Record alongside total watts |
|---|---|---|
| C1000 Gen 2 | 600W max; MPPT 11–28V at 8.2A and 29–60V at 14.5A; 60V max. | XT60i input, both MPPT ranges, exact Gen 2 model; 600W is the aggregate ceiling. |
| F3800 base | Two XT-60 inputs, 1,200W each / 2,400W total. The comparison lists 11–32V at 10A and 32–60V at 25A for firmware 1.7.8 or earlier; 11–15V at 10A and 15–60V at 27A for firmware 2.1.1 or later. | Port, connector, per-port 1,200W maximum and the matching firmware row. The page does not specify the intervening versions. |
| F3800 Plus | Two solar ports; each 11–165V, 17A max and 1,600W max; 3,200W total. | F3800 Plus model and each port's voltage/current/wattage limit; do not substitute base F3800 ranges. |
| Panel or array | Panels and selected configurations can differ by market and package. | Use the exact model manual for electrical compatibility; a wattage comparison is not a wiring or panel recommendation. |
Treat batteries and home-system configurations as separate records
Battery compatibility and configured-system ratings belong to the specific host and connection hardware. Anker lists BP1000 for the earlier C1000 and excludes C1000 Gen 2. BP3800 is listed for F3800 and F3800 Plus; each station can use up to six. Anker's F3800 materials describe two-station systems, while its F3800 Plus FAQ confirms supported F3800/F3800 Plus combinations with Double Power Hub and Home Power Panel. Preserve the exact configuration and source page.

| Component or configuration | Official relationship | Separate in the record |
|---|---|---|
| BP1000 | 1,056Wh; compatible with C1000/C1000X; explicitly not compatible with C1000 Gen 2. | Expansion-battery identity, host generation and component count. |
| BP3800 | 3,840Wh; compatible with F3800 and F3800 Plus; up to six per station. | Battery count and added Wh; it is not a standalone power station and does not add its Wh value to AC output. |
| Two-station setup | Anker lists up to two F3800 units, a Double Power Hub, and a 12kW / 53.8kWh maximum system configuration; its Plus FAQ also addresses mixed F3800/Plus use with named system components. | Station models/count, hub or panel model, batteries, configuration page and published system total. |
| Home Power Panel or transfer switch | These are separate system components with their own configuration and installation material. | Exact product, accessory, purchase/installation market and official instructions; this guide is not electrical-design advice. |

}Keep package, market and observation date with each offer
The U.S. product pages reviewed 2026-10-03 show separate station, multi-unit, battery, panel and home-kit choices. Capture the exact selected label and included components before comparing offers. These are dated Anker SOLIX page examples, not current prices or stock; confirm the selected option, package and market at the source.

Check current U.S. terms and model-specific support before interpreting a record
The Anker SOLIX U.S. Terms of Use are dated July 15, 2026. Section 8.2 restricts systematic or automated collection on or in relation to Anker's Services, including scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting, without express prior written consent. Section 5.1 permits correction or modification of inaccurate product information, or order cancellation, before dispatch. Keep these statements attached to the U.S. terms source and date; regional terms and warranties can differ.
